If you kill someone whilst applying a choke hold or sleeper, you will be charged with Murder.
A very low percentage of people die from a choke hold, just about the same number of people that die from Auto errotic asphixia, the difference being you will spend a long time in prison if you put someone into a choke hold and they die.

 

If you kill someone while tickling them you'll also be charged with murder.

 

Then by all means get into your little slap fight with the next cop who pulls you over. While you're healing, assuming you survive, rethink your approach.

 

Now you know better than that, after having worked as a LEO and retired, I do know better.

 

I had a front tire blowout last night, I managed not to crash & wreck the truck I was driving, the Local Police showed up, I ID'd Myself as "Retired" LE, presented credentials and it was like old times, courtesies exchanged flares laid out, pretty nice.
Some funny jokes etc,,,, The thin blue line.

It was hairy, all that police driving training kicked in, I was so glad for that, I was with a friend, he was driving at first, then I decided to take over from him, he was too nervous, I drive relaxed, calm, getting pulled over is no big woof, I tell them who I am.
