I imagine to ensure those running for President put America and Americans ahead of their own self interests. It's simply a smart thing for the American people to demand from those who work for us. If someone doesn't want to reveal the information then they shouldn't apply for the job. Again, I'm not sure why this seems to be a partisan issue.
It's in America's best interest to not show such documentation. It's not required and if Americans are willing to vote for someone who doesn't reveal these documents, it's perfectly acceptable and Constitutional. I'm not quite sure how you can't see the Democrats have made this a partisan issue. They still haven't accepted the 2016 election results and only want to see these documents in order to find information about the President to destroy his reputation. The politics of personal destruction is their last hope of undermining the election of 2016 and 2020 in an effort to overthrow the government and the sitting President. They want this information hoping they can use it to impeach him or meddle in the election by suppressing the votes for Trump.
Actually using your employment power over subordinate workers to elicit sexual favors and sexually assaulting and harassing subordinate workers and then lying about you sexual behavior with subordinate workers, creating a hostile work environment, in a federal court and then a federal grand jury are considered as such.
What financial interest did he divest himself of when he became the President? But then you knew what was asked.
We are talking apples and oranges. I'm not speaking in terms of the Trump presidency but rather what the protocol has always been and why transparency is in the best interest of the country no matter who is running or elected. You are looking to argue points surrounding the 2016 election outcome. I'm not interested in that type of discussion. I don't care. The 2016 election is over. Let's move on.
There's no protocol. It's only been done since Nixon. I'm talking about the motive for wanting Trump's tax returns. Sure he promised to release them. Which is a good reason to vote for him in 2020. We need to keep him in office until he keeps his promise to release his tax returns and put Crooked Hillary in jail. #LockHerUp #Trump2020
Gosh, I remember the day when the lefties thought Mueller was going to do that. Now the lefties think the dem clown show will.
They want to put Trump in prison for crimes yet to be determined and let Crooked Hillary off for crimes we know she definitely committed.
Then why did you say CourtJester said: ↑ He had no financial interest to divest? You have to be joking. Why would I have to be joking? MrTLegal said: ↑ Dude, Obama released that **** voluntarily and he divested himself of any business interest that he did have before entering office. He never answered as to what business interest Obama divested himself of.
If you don't know you really are beyond reason. Maybe do a bit of research into the meaning and history of the emoluments clause.
I asked what financial interest did Obama have to divest himself? Mr. Legal had no answer to his claim, apparently you do not either. So it was a fallacious claim on his part.
It was shares wasn’t it? https://www.motherjones.com/politic...ndled-conflict-of-interest-issue-trump-faces/
