What is an IRA?

It is a bonzer idea for retirement.

You can contribute money from your salary to a tax-free stock portfolio. In many companies, your employer which match it up to 6 percent of your salary every year. You can add another $6500 out-of-pocket to your IRA to minimize/eliminate your other taxable income.

My IRA has average 9% growth since 2016. The money becomes taxable when I retire and draw money it out to live on. However, if I stop working my tax liability drops--especially since the first $25,300 of gross income is tax exempt anyway.

We have mandatory withhold also. That is our social security tax which is deducted from our salary whether we like it, or not, and goes toward our social security at retirement time.

An IRA is voluntary--and (as we Yankees like to say) it's a damn good deal.

Yes, you seem to have what you call two separate systems. There is but one here. Mandatory (to adopt your word) which can be topped up on a voluntary basis at any time, and often is.

how his Name Recognition plays out.If it fizzles like it did with Obama's
Birth certificate he drops like a hot potato.

I was critical of Trump when he went after Ted Cruz { my original
first choice }. Over the last couple years I waited and listened and
heard nothing out of Trump's Big Yapper but hearty praise for anything
he does.Demostrating a complete lack of Humility.I mean,like not
even once.That is borderline insanity.Like what a person heading for
Hell in a nightmare might expect.Possibly a last reprieve.
But not with Donald Trump.Every hour of every day it's Non-stop
how Great,wonderful,Terrific,The best of the best.The greatest and
most terrific of terrific is everything Trump manages to pull off.
I seriously doubt the guy could write a butter note with any
degree of notable prose.The guy's one huge non-stop image of
himself playing out.I mean,normal people should grow tired of that.
It's like thinking the character of Batman is just great.No matter the
scene or conflict or dilemma.That's Kids stuff.Like dressing up as
Howdy Doody.Donald Trump is a full grown man thinking he's
Superman.The big difference is that Superman Had Virtue.Could

scam.Iraqi woman finally had a chance to vote for democracy under Bush 43.
