Yes i know they have been doing it. 1. They are not obligated to do it. 2. Trump doesn't owe you his tax returns I want bidens bank account records. I know he committed crimes in Ukraine.
*LOL* Then why isn't he indicted? Bonespurs has been ordered by a federal court to cough up; I'm not a party to that court proceeding, so I have no idea what point you're trying to make.
Oh, so you feel free to call him a criminal in spite of the fact that there's not evidence of a "crime"? Hmmm.
Not BS just a lack of knowledge on your part. Trump Organization is plenty big enough to have ongoing constant IRS review.
Paying someone to remain quiet about something isn't a crime. It is a scandal. What shady dealings are those?
Michael Cohen is prison for failing to pay taxes on his taxi business and making payments to what's her name out of campaign funds. The payments weren't criminal. Using campaign funds was criminal because it is against campaign laws. Paying someone off to keep quiet is not illegal. The congress has been doing it for years.
For the Dems, arguing for them to be provided gives them a double prong strategy for finding additional vectors of attacks against Trump, they figure they win whether they get them or not. If the tax returns become public, particularly ones likely as complex as his, and it provides multiple avenues for creating insinuations between any declared transactions or revenue sources and narratives to cast accusations of shady dealings along multiple lines; for instance, used the same bank as a Russian, then they will insinuate the bank must have been in on arranging a deal. Any number of fictitious threads of conspiracy can be drawn. Not getting the tax returns allows them to advance the ‘what’s he hiding’ narrative that is spun to create the impression that Trump is hiding something nefarious. Nearly anyone having a complex Tax return, such as a small business, could be weaponized to create fictitious and insinuated narratives of ‘something’ dirty... doesn’t have to be substantiated in a court of law, just the MSM Court. If there were any potential hints at criminality to be revealed in the tax returns, the IRS, an agency with little respect for ‘Due Process’ and the 4th A, would have investigated further or already made criminal referrals.
Yep. I have heard of the ‘slush’ fund supposedly managed by Congress to settle sexual/racial harassment allegations against Congress members; if true, wouldn’t you like to know who was paid what on whose behalf?
It's a crime when it's done to influence the election: President Donald Trump’s former longtime personal attorney, Michael Cohen, appeared in a federal courtroom in Manhattan Tuesday to plead guilty to eight total charges, including five counts of tax evasion, two counts of campaign finance violations, and making false financial statements. https://time.com/5373301/michael-cohen-plea-deal/ The one that bubbles to the top is his foundation. Judge signs off on shutdown of Trump Foundation after ‘pattern of illegality’ https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/dec/18/trump-foundation-shutdown-lawsuit
we want to find out what percentage of his income he paid in taxes, we want to find out what exactly he owns that may be benefiting from him as president of the US, we want to know if his political proposals position him to benefit financially.
