Yes, I was thinking about this possibility. However, I would assume that police respond to non-crimes when the person who made the call to police has misrepresented the situation in order to get the police to come. If this is the case, then they can be charged with wasting police time. In Australia at least, our emergency call operators do a pretty thorough job of asking about the situation, so I can't see how this school situation could've been relayed over the phone as a crime unless the school deliberately deceived the police.

They interviewed the "headmaster" in this article, so it might be a private school and this photo might have been taken on school grounds.

I was just trying to think why he might have a sign like that and i could only come up with two reasons, she is known to prefer black men, my mom is one of those (nothing wrong with it, we each have our own preferences of lovers), or he is a racist and she is a racist - like I also said though, either way the sign is stupid, just one way it means they are racist and the other he was just being stupid and trying to get a date with a girl that he probably thought woudl never date him cause he was white

remember, this picture was posted online, so they must not of thought anything was wrong with it, I hope the prior is correct and just a stupid love struck kid being stupid, but without hearing from them, no way to know the back story
