[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPfWKiqOK1w&feature=channel_video_title"]Heroes' welcome for Sarkozy and Cameron in Libya - YouTube[/ame]

Thanks to UK, France, USA and NATO for stepping up and help another Muslim country, a country that no other Muslim countries would want to help.

The battle has just begun so Sarkozy and Cameron should have stayed at home for now.

They look desperate. They looked like the US delegation with Mc Cain and Kerry and Clinton after Mubarak was thown off his throne.

This isn't over for a very long time.

    God help Libya.

I think its great that Cameron and Sarkozy visited Libya.. Ergodan has also.. and the world bank has recognized the NTC.

I am far more optimistic about Libya than about Egypt because Egypt's economic problems are so entrenched and because they have such a huge population.

I keep waiting for YOU to focus on Egypt .. as a patriot... instead of bashing other Arab countries.

Well said, the fact is no Muslim country step in just like no Muslim country step in to fight the Taliban or help Afghanistan with combat troops.

And, I notice one thing hardly any western-Muslims praising the Libyans.

Well, you know how it works, right?

If the West gets involved in a conflict and helps to topple a government, then the new regime is either a puppet of the West or the target of criticism.

If the West doesn't get involved, but the government gets toppled, then the new regime is admirable and brave -- especially if the preceding government was supported by the West.

It's never about "freedom". It's just about people and the sides they've picked. Everybody has a team to pull for.

I wonder what the reaction would be IF , (as many gun-totting americans claim) there was a popular uprising in America (in defence of the holy of holies - "Constitution" ) against te Feral Government .

    Unimazineable - Right .

HEK , it'll be crushed with all of Washington's might.

Just , another daft thought , of course. LOL

lol... It would be rather difficult for any public uprising to topple our government.

Such an event would likely thin out the Tea Party though....

Unless a government is unpopular enough to get toppled by its own people, the topplers are paying a price to someone else, and the toppled see them as quislings and puppets. Simple fact. Colonists are only popular with those they help, particularly if they involve themselves in civil wars, and in the long run their enemies always win, because foreign puppets are always hated.

    I am focusing on Egypt.

The US and NATO chaos has just 'lost' tons of missiles and we now have rampaging mercenaries and God knows what on MY BORDER!!!!!

    This is not over.
This will go on for decades!

Right now the NTC- Rebels are all in- fighting and it is going to get worse I can guarantee you, and that is my business because our Western desert security is now affected.

I don't know anything about M. Sarkozy (sp?) but Mr Cameron can be a Jew only by the most extreme of Hitlerite fiddling. Great-grandfather, wasn't it? He might make an Israeli, but like most of them he is not a Jew.

I'm sure Cameron and Sarkozy took their delegation of weapons manufacturers along with clip boards and sharp pencils ready do do an inventory to restock the empty warehouses and bombed tanks.

All that lovely Libyan dinar being exchanged into Euros and sterling to pay the bill or will they just pay in barrels?

No wonder they were so quick to unfreeze Libyan assets!

Not so quick to unfreeze ours or even freeze the Egyptian criminals accounts!

Why would Libya be any different?

Their stocks have been bombed and looted so even more reason for him to take his delegation along.
