    I just hope the new government doesn't start harboring Al Quida types. I know one of the rebel leaders is a former Al Quida member....

    Yes - trouble is there's been nothing much but colonialism and dictatorship since anyone can remember, so it is all wide open.

    Rather, I have a feeling it was simply "mauvais usage." One was a simple misconjugation and the other... well, how you get s's from f's I know not.

    Libya has announce they are to show the world the real sharia law, the sharia law that is totally different from the Taliban, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Indonesia etc. type of sharia. Their sharia will be a law that respect human rights, women's rights, minority rights, freedom of religion, and access to science and education. This will have to be seen because if Libya turns out to be another Islamic extremist state France and UK will have to come back to enforce freedom.
