Unarmed Naked 18 Year Old College Freshmen Shot and Killed By Local Police

WTF does race have to do with this? Why do you complain about liberals interjecting race into arguments when it's always you. Everytime.

I did read 2 things in that article that REALLY (*)(*)(*)(*) me off.

Why the hell was he armed with a gun but not pepper spray and a baton as he's required to be?

Why the hell would you charge the guy with LSD with murder and not the guy who fired the gun? The guy is probably some washed up hippy. Not a violent criminal.

Because the LSD sale (criminal act) led to a homicide. It's probably a felony murder rule. The LSD got this kid killed just as spiking a girl's drink with

MOBILE, Ala. — A University of South Alabama campus police officer was carrying not just his gun but also pepper spray and a baton the night he shot and killed an unarmed freshman student, the school said Friday.

University spokesman Keith Ayers said officer Trevis Austin, a four-year veteran of the department in his first police job, was armed with all three weapons when he walked outside the police station with his gun drawn to confront Gil Collar. Collar, 18, was naked when he banged on police department windows in the pre-dawn hours last Saturday.

Officer won't be charged in naked USA student's shooting


MOBILE -- A grand jury has decided not to charge a University of South Alabama campus police officer in a student's shooting death.

The jury reached a decision Friday, saying surveillance video proved Officer Trevis Austin was justified in shooting Gil Collar. Police said collar was naked and banging on a window at a campus police station Oct. 6. Austin investigated the sound and said Collar was acting erratically and lunged toward him.

A grand jury report said Collar ingested a small amount of a chemical substance similar to LSD that may have caused him to begin acting erratically. Mobile County District Attorney Ashley Rich said the substance is not on Alabama's list of controlled substances, so she doesn't have jurisdiction to bring charges against the supplier.

Have you ever had to fight with a crack head or someone high as hell on potent uppers? They don't get tired, they are wired up the ying yang and their adrenaline gives them retard strength beyond belief.

But I know, the cop is supposed to run, in which he will most likely get caught since he will tire and the deranged crack head won't and then he will get his ass handed to him.

I understand how this may look to you but considering you probably have no experience with a drug head truly wigging out on a violent spree I think you need to educate yourself more on this very dangerous situation. I know It's easy for you to make up your own perfect little scenario, but your perception of reality in this instance is way off base.
