I sure did! How many times have liberals said they have the dirt on Trump and have enough to impeach trump, really? Stormy, Kavanagh, Russiagate, Ukraine, sexual assault, tax returns... Our government is at a complete stand still and nothing will be done until we get an investigation and trial. Once a trial is in place, I think we will see all kinds of dirt and it won't necessarily be directed at the POTUS.

Yeah I understand the sentiment but I didn't read anyone saying anything about impeachment in this thread. Maybe I missed it.

Oh look, another "bush lawyer" who thinks the property owner sets the value on an asset.

    "The party of education".

You know they have nothing because we know Obama had the IRS go over everything Trump ever submitted.

This is why they were forced to create the "Russian collusion" hoax.

Taxes are the one way our government can make a criminal out of anyone they choose. Even you!

One of the whistleblowers that we know of has to do with political involvement by the Trump administration into his own tax returns.

According to the Mises Institute the average person unknowingly breaks at least three federal criminal laws every day.
trump is just knowingly breaking them.

Only if you include "negotiation" in any definition of "coercion."

I don't know anything about Schiff; he must have copied me if he said "I'll make him an offer he can't refuse". I was quoting Al Pacino

I definitely include the lack of ability to pay for defense costs in this applied definition of 'coercion'.

Agreeing to a plea deal results in less cost to the defendant. Yea, that's part of the negotiated benefit.

If I wanted to put my house on the market today I would not go online and look up the county tax assessment and use that as the price. If I wanted to refinance it the bank would not use that.

You wrote : “they do not have the staff to audit complicated returns properly” or, iin other words, the IRS does not have the staff to audit the returns of the Trumps of this world.

I read it, re-read it, tried to comprehend it and hurt myself. Stop it! :wall:

    What loans?

The OP is talking about Trump defrauding the IRS: “... the numbers made the properties look more valuable to lenders and less valuable to tax authorities”...

    Gimmi a break?
