We're forced to accept the symbolism of the confederate flag and associated statues based only on the left's perception of them, people on the right are not allowed to interpret what's acceptable and what's not. Christmas trees are a symbol of a holiday season, joy, and cheer to many people - no religious meaning whatsoever. The fact that the majority of Americans DO view it as a religious symbol does not change the fact. And Christians don't get to demand that the non-religious see their symbols as they do. Look, this is not hard to follow. If you can't understand I pity you. If you won't understand I detest you. Either way I'm glad you are free to be the person you seem to be.
