US election: Trump tells North Carolina voters to vote twice

If that was Trump's intention, it nullifies the multiple claims that Trump is (a moron/stupid/an idiot) because that is not something that people would normally dream up.

What I take it as, is telling people to 'test the system' for mail in voting. Advising the poll workers that you mailed in a ballot and want to verify it was tabulated is not illegal. If they tell you it has not been tabulated, that means you should be clear to vote in person, it would nullify the mailed ballot, and proves the case that mail in voting is not as foolproof as some would like the country to believe.

If people do not verify their mail in ballot has been received, then they lose their chance to vote, and what you claimed is being done to other people who vote in person, is actually being applied to those whose mail in ballots were not received.

 

We need to change our ENTIRE ELECTION PROCESS and our c Constitution to allow the people to elinto the modern worldect the President and Vice President not unknown electors We need to computerize our election taking them out of the dark ages into the moder world,vote from home via smart phone or PC.

I’m quite sure that most of not all people why try will either be caught at the polling station on the day and prevented from voting twice or caught after the fact and possibly arrested.

I know the thread has gone a few pages, and this is anecdotal, but I saw that happen to someone last time I voted. He was told he voted by mail by their records when he showed his license and could not vote in person, he left with no issue's or arguments.

The Secretaries of State traditionally oversee elections, opening or closing polling places, administrating voter registration rolls, etc. What most states that are going to mail-in ballots for this election are doing, with those who want to vote in person, is making their in person votes provisional until administrators verify that they haven't cheated by mailing it in as well.

If they have, they'll be caught and charged with a federal crime. There's usually jail time for that. Trump is too stupid to keep his own base out of that kind of legal trouble. Why do they support someone who urges them to break the law?

Are they? How much of your personal mail have they mishandled in your lifetime? I'm pushing 70, and have only had things get "lost in the mail" three times. I wouldn't call that incompetence, that's like 99.9999% to their favor. Incompetence is when the POTUS has no clue about how our votes are processed and counted.
