This is from the 90s. Something current, please. And what's your point?

I agree. I am sure Russia has a rich cultural history that many would like to experience. I have had friends and known musicians who traveled over there that have told some great stories and good times. Yet, they almost, to a single one have mentioned the surveillance they experienced being American in Russia. Russians don't get that when they visit the USA. Just a total difference in government and freedom. I would love for Russians to experience a better freedom and join the rest of the world. Unfortunately, their government holds them all hostage all while enriching themselves.

Neo-Nazis exist in RuZZia as well as in many other countries, but they're mostly a minority without influence. Don't fear them. Laugh at them! :)

Different cultures, different folks. We are arrogant to judge other cultures by our own. All cultures are different one way or another, and in many ways the paranoia of the Russians is well founded. The US and other western countries have lied to and cheated the Russians for decades.

To be fair, Russians have always lied and cheated every country they have dealt with except maybe China. Heck, Russians even lie and cheat their fellow countryman.

Russian government lies and cheating far outweighs anything USA has ever done. They are one of the most corrupt governments on the planet.

You and Tofiks need to watch another Oliver Stone documentary. It may still be on Netflix, but it's depressing if you love America.

The Untold History of The United States.

I am more interested in the Untold History of Russia. You know, gulags and brutal dictators. You know where 20 million people disappear and people still disappear for disagreeing with their current brutal dictator.

Stone is telling, that Putin is a great leader who cares only about his country interests. Only wondering what these interests are, maybe build several castles for beloved leader for 100 billion dollars, make all his friends and relatives billioners and throw his country in bloody war, isolation and economic decline. Guess its Russian interests according to Stone, at least while Putin pays him.

And one more thing, it of course do not change a lot, if there are some Nazis in army or even in high position as Rogozin in Russia, while countries policy is not Nazism. But in nowadays Russia it is, they're openly declaring, that they will destroy whole neighbor country, will exterminate its elite and very meaning of Ukrainian. Their goal is to destroy countries and nations, and their tool is war. Same actions and goals as Nazis had some 80 years ago.

You're right, in a sick society they sometimes get some power and can act out their evilness.

I wonder why Nazism never was successful in the US, Britain and many other market-driven western countries? Recently, Donald Trump failed to overturn American Democracy.

Btw, DJT likes comrade Pooteen very much and vice versa. Maybe they like each other because both are brothers in a kind of Nazi mindset. :(

Germany was a market-driven western country, but Nazis won there. See how it works, at first they come to power, can do it even in democratic way as Hitler and Putin did. Then they usurp the power, take over all media and start to tell its population, that they will make their country great again, start to terrify it with Jews/elite/Soros or whatever conspiracy, while they start to believe, that all around are enemies. And the next step is war. Don't think that same cant happen in US? Look at Putin's prostitute Oliver Stone and its useful idiot fans, who think that Putin is a great leader while they can't even imagine how it is to live in Putin's Russia.

The majority of former Germans rejected democracy and liberty. They were shaped by the imperial era. Hitler seemed like a savior to them. Like someone who can restore Germany to its former glory, where Germans were allowed to be good subjects.

Stone or Trump do not reject democracy and liberty? Hitler got less than 45% of votes in election, become a Canceler, made coalition with one other nationalist party and then step by step destroyed all opponents including his coalition partners, get rid of democratic institutions and take over media. This is how it worked in Germany, same was in Russia and I'm sure, that we can face same situation in US.

During Hitler's time there were also fascists in the US: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_American_Bund

The USA suffered greatly from the global economic crisis at that time, like Germany. But there the Nazis were unsuccessful. Why should they succeed today?

For some reason most Americans are not susceptible to Nazism, and Brits, French, Italians and today's Germans also not. :)

If it did not happen in the past, it does not mean it can not happen at all. As I noticed, in American society various conspiracy theories are very popular, they are easy target for manipulation.

The US was fighting people who were part time "soldier/terrorist" part time goat herder in Afghanistan.
I dunno how you think this is comparable with Russia.
    But it's funny.

What's a good documentary about the untold truth of Russia? That's far more interesting imo. Putins rise to power, and how he maintains it. How he's made Russia better off since the invasion, etc.

See America's history is for public consumption. Sorta old news.
