The trespasser is the one violating another's property.

Every landowner violates the persons of all who would otherwise be at liberty to use the land. How do you think they are prevented from using what nature provided to sustain themselves, and thus forced to sell their labor to employers on whatever terms they can get?

And if you “sever” the social contract, you are trespassing on US soil. And thus have no problem having your ass tossed out.

There's no landowning in natural law. Land was never owned until a few thousand years ago. Our ancestors did without it for millions of years. Lots of clever liars have tried to justify it logically and morally, but none ever has.

No, the greedy, privileged parasite who claims to own others' rights to liberty is the one violating others' -- ALL others' -- rights to liberty.

Natural Law, Natural Rights, and Private Property
    www.libertylawsite.org/liberty-forum/natural-law-natural-rights-and-private-property/
Mar 18, 2012 - If our natural capacities are ordered toward private ownership, and if the fulfillment of those capacities and of our moral obligations under natural law requires such ownership, then it follows, given the justification of natural rights outlined above, that the natural law entails a natural right toprivate property

liberals are communists( the ultimate goal of ever growing liberal govt) which is why our liberals now say socialism is the face of the Democratic Party. NOw you can see why Mona Charon called her book "Useful Idiots" ie liberals who don't know they are being used by communists

Norman Thomas ( socialist presidential candidate)
The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.

When such laws unilaterally remove, without just compensation, the liberty rights of all who would otherwise be at liberty to use the land and make their rights the private property of the landowner, I certainly am saying that. Such laws are simply an indirect method of enslaving people. The only difference between landowning and slavery is that slavery removes people's rights to liberty one person at a time, landowning removes them one right at a time.

I see. "Liberals are communists" is the basis for your position.

This silly nonsense doesn't even justify a response.

But not private property in what nature provided for all, and was never produced by any human hand: the sun, the earth, the sea, the atmosphere we all must breathe, the land we all must use to exist and sustain ourselves.

We quickly got from liberal progressive to socialist and there is no end in sight- right? why don't you embrace your communism like most Democrats have?

you have no shame! a typical liberal!!

Land in its original state would be considered unowned by anyone, but if an individual applied his labor to the land by farming it, for example, it becomes hisproperty. Merely placing a fence around land rather than using the land enclosed would not bring property into being according to most natural law theorists.

The premise of your position is so inane its not worthy of a response.
