    I would agree with you there, I am referring to real crimes like robbing a store, assault, ect....

    I think we need to end the war on drugs and stop funding gangs - most fleeing is cause one has drugs on them imo and that is the true reason they fear cops

    The kid was armed and dangerous and the officer killed him in self defence, can't you see that? I just hope the DA isn't coward who caves to public opinion instead of exonerating the officer.

    disagree, I am the first to call out bad cops and say they need to go to prison.... but I will not defend people fleeing cops after committing violent crimes - no one is talking victimless crimes like graffiti

    Killing armed and dangerous suspects who pose a threat to life. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

    It's not about the rights of criminals. They are breaking the law but that doesn't remove our responsibility to be a moral society that responds proportionally. Shooting someone who stole a pair of sneakers, for instance, because they flee when they pose no threat would be a draconian response. A civilized society should be more temperate and measured.

    yes, but if you rob a cashier, you should be shot if you try to flee... do you agree?

    we need to educate the public that if you flee a cop you may end up being shot
