Incorrect. Operation of a motor vehicle on public roads, along with the license that makes such operation legal, are government granted privileges, and subject to revocation at any time for any reason, or even no reason at all.

If you have a long history of driving under the influence, you would be convicted of a felony offense.

Where has it been recognized that there is a constitutional right to operate a motor vehicle while intoxicated?

Your comparison fails. Simply owning a firearm does not make an individual a potential threat.

Incarceration is based on the premise of due process of the law.

Then you are attempting to assert, that if for whatever reason, someone attacks you with the intent of causing severe bodily harm and/or death, your are obligated by society itself to not defend your own life, and must simply submit to the one who may kill you for no reason?

More than half of the average is gang related so very skewed.

Most Americans are ok with 1 o 2 more death's per 100k people for what we see as an important freedom.

Charts are fun to look at though

The gangs are caused by a complete breakdown of the family structure in these communities. Since all of these 'modern families' are taxpayer funded, its pretty clear that the government wants things this way.
