Me too! I love Vladimir Putin. I voted for him, btw.

    The google-translated article.

Russia also bans adoptions by same-sex couples. It's not our human values.

    I like this:

I am tired too. I turn on TV- "gay rights", I turn on radio - "gay rights", I go to Internet news -"gay rights".
There is no escape from you! I want to live in Straightland!!!

No one is forcing you to pay attention to gays and lesbians. If you don't like it, turn off the TV.

How could you vote for Putin? You're not Russian.

From what I understand he's a Russian immigrant who dreams of segregating homosexuals so he can live in a gay-free society, but he chose to move to America's gay Mecca........ :alcoholic:

Try and work THAT one out.

That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. He had what he wanted and left? Wow. BTW- I play hockey with many good Russian ex-pats. They certainly are nothing like him.

Welome to the USA, martin777- where EVERYONE has freedom, not just you.

Go away; then find a place to 'rest'. People may be tired of YOU (as well).

It's not quite this easy. It's literally everywhere. I flipped over to sports talk a couple of weeks ago on the radio dial because I wanted something other than politics in my ear, and instead of talking about any local teams or national sports news, they were lecturing listeners on being bad people if they didn't go to a specific pet shelter that was owned by a lesbian. They weren't even talking sports at all. They were talking pets. And they somehow found a way to inject gay politics into it. So I flipped the station back over to Hannity. If I'm going to have somebody filling my radio speakers with politics, I would rather it at least be somebody I agree with. It's just unfortunate because the whole reason I was on that station in the first place is because I didn't want politics. I wanted something fun and non-polarizing.

That's not the first time that station has done something like that either. They bring up sexuality every now and then and they always take a stance on it. And it's always the same stance. I would rather they just didn't weigh in at all. Even if it's related to sports like Jason Collins, it wouldn't kill them to have a little diversity of viewpoints. All I ever hear is the same crap; "If you don't blindly accept it, you're a bigot." And I'm tired of being lectured. All that does is create more resistance. Because it's human nature to reject what you feel is being pushed on you against your will. And quite frankly, I'm sick of it. I lost all sympathy for gay causes a long time ago when they started bullying my Christian organizations just for not being politically correct. I don't care what their reasoning is for doing it. It's not right. You can't use a victimhood mentality to justify being an aggressor and expect to be on the right side of the issue. It just makes you a jerk and a hypocrite. Don't like Chick-fil-A's stance on marriage? Fine. Don't eat there. I'm cool with that. But this kind of garbage is unacceptable:

But it's not creating more resistance, we are accepted by the majority in the US. Guess you're the one with the problem, not us.

    http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-57576249/poll-53-of-americans-support-same-sex-marriage/

That's the trend, which does not support your opinion.

Interesting, gays are fighting for their freedom, like to be out from a closet and in the same time forcing others into a closet. What a hypocrisy! I want to watch the news and not to be in a closet!
The thing is that I don't want to turn a TV on/off back and forth.
This is a thing of propaganda. When people want me to buy something or believe something, they will keep pointing me at that. They will keep throwing this at me, manipulate me, with attempt to crush my will and accept something. It's obviously nasty and irritating.

Heterosexuals are being forced into the closet? Now that's funny. Do you have any source for that info?

Yes, it is funny. Because you are the source of this suggestion. You are forcing me into a closet by suggesting me turning off a TV. You don't know what you are saying?

If I don't like a certain show on TV, I change the channel and move on with my life. If you don't like gays and lesbians, it's in your best interests to do the same and move on with your life. You can't expect people to hide their sexuality just because you don't like it.

    It's not enough for me.
And I am talking about news channels. Of course I don't go and watch movies about gays or subscribe to gay channels, etc.
And how do I know that it's over? I have to keep checking? It's extra work, inconvenience, aggravation, spoiled mood.

Seriously? That's not enough? Why do you want everyone to alter their behaviors for one person? What's so hard about looking away if you don't like something?

Are you incapable of accepting that homosexuals live in this world and have much as right to exist as anyone else? Seeing two men kiss is not something I care to watch. However, that is my problem not the two men kissing. Do you understand?

So you think gay people should have their own channel and not be allowed to "exist" anywhere else on TV?
Would love to have seen your opinion in the 1950's and 60's.

I don't care what's "enough" for you. Someone might also hate to see Muslims on their TVs, or fat people, or ugly chicks, the list is endless. Do we bow to all those people with varying dislikes and exclude anyone who may potentially annoy someone to see on their television sets? There wouldn't be anyone left to appear on it in the end.

You inflated beyond belief your importance and worth as a person to think society should bend to your will. Complete egotistical maniac.

What a load of nonsense. "Being forced into the closet" would mean having to hide your sexual orientation/identity. You can be as heterosexual as you like but it doesn't give you license to tell others how to live and what should appear on TV.

martin literally thinks that the very existence of homosexuals around him is an abridgment of his human rights... To... Um... I dunno, not have any homosexuals anywhere near him? Apparently our right to swing our fists ends where his field of vision begins. I wouldn't think too hard about it, delving too deep into the minds of the insane is generally a waste of time.

I'll bet you can see his feet on his driver's license.

Well he just divorced his wife. Maybe she caught him sneaking off down the saunas at night?
