That's what Mueller got wrong. It's not his place to say Trump was not exhorted. That is above his pay grade and beyond his authority. There was nothing to be exonerated for.. he is innocent until proven guilty. And that should be the standard we all use. We don't but we should.

That is the difference, one did it in a smart political way and the other did it haphazardly but my feeling is the sentiment behind them were the same.

that would've been more ideal yes but since Burisma specifically does have a track record of corruption per witness testimony i think he has an out technically.
