Yeah, that makes sense, the main reason why mass shootings did exist, because we are talking about gun purchase here.

Yeah right, but first and foremost they have to catch them red handed first.

And thus, the laws intended to prevent these, and future, shootings haven't, and won't, work.

Ideally yes, but arming ourselves will surely end up somebody being killed and not being tried, our very own kangaroo court with extreme prejudice of course.

It's bad that someone was mistakenly shot, but they did end up shooting and stopping the armed robbery and were not left at the mercy of 2 armed robbers. With armed robbery, murder is threatened.

Killed in self-defense? I don't see an issue with this.

Every gun they buy and sell is registered. Unless you assume they’re all breaking the law every day when they have no reason to. As a business owner why illegally sell a gun when it can easily mean the end of life as you know it?

Would you like some tinfoil with your hat?

Is it really that hard to do an undercover sting operation?

The 0bama administration had to assure a gun store that it was ok to sell to cartels in Fast and Furious. The gun store didn't want to sell the guns. FFLs fear the BATF more than the public fears the IRS.

Are you asking how the gun store sold the F&F guns? The BATF passed them on the background check. The store manager called the BATF suspecting a mistake and they ok's the sale that eventually killed the border patrol agent. The seller did his due diligence, just like the Academy store that sold to the Sutherland Springs shooter. The government doesn't enforce the laws we have and want to pass more laws when something goes wrong trying to pass the blame to an inanimate object.

How could it have been made a "true gun free zone?"
