These private companies do not use the public airwaves and, while it can be stated that the rhetoric on these outlets contributes to the actions that rhetoric, unless specifically calling for the overthrow of the government is protected speech.

Besides the nationalistic portion, Democrats are showing fascistic tendencies to the extreme. They’re pushing identity according to race rather than merit. Lumping only certain people together while purposely ignoring others. They are openly and unapologetic in their wants to completely shutdown and suppress all opposing thought. Their economic plan is certainly NOT capitalist. And Biden is being controlled from behind the scenes while the most progressive politician is VP, banking that Biden doesn’t make it 4 years so she can slip in without even being elected.
