Trump's answer now, no doubt, would no longer have a pretense to objectivity, but be driven by narcissism.

I'd agree with you here. Donald Trump lied, he constantly lies, he's a pathlogical liar.
However, that's been a known fact for quite some time.

I have already given you numerous examples of Trumps doing what the Establishment wants while doing a 180 on his campaign rhetoric. You running to the playground with hands over ears crying "NO NO NO" prior to sticking head deep in the sandbox of denial is not an argument for much..

All I am hearing from the left is that trump is not keeping his campaign promises but when all thats needed is executive action trump acts

It is often overturned by liberals in the courts but that can't be helped

Blue Establishment has not overturned Trumps pro Establishment policies .. specific examples of which have been given you numerous times already.

Either you have reading comprehension issues or are in disingenuous denial.

The Establishment (international financiers, political elite, deep state) consists of actors on both sides. I have written, directly to you, at length on this.

They do not need to work together - as in collaborating with each other so to speak (although this may happen on a tacit basis - by not doing things that go against the establishment program). Obama for example did not legalize pot, go after the healthcare Oligopolies, enforce anti competition, anti trust, anti monopoly laws. He did not propose meaningful changes to the tax system. He did not make meaningful change to the financial system. He bailed out the banks, increased Gov't and police power, decreased Gov't transparency and went after free speech. He continued the same military foreign policy as Bush .... and so on.

You seem to not understand that the Establishment includes more than just the political class. They are a relatively small part. It is the international financiers and deep state (military industrial complex for example - generals, pentagon, NSA and so on) that pulls the strings.

The establishment does not care about abortion, gay rights, the wall... other than wanting to keep these issues around to keep the people divided against each other.

It's not that hard to understand:like all politicians he has found the way the wind blows, and he's following it.
He's not keeping his word because he never had any intention of doing so.
He's ****ing you, because that's what politicians do.

Yup ... many of these think tanks are funded by the international financiers (who own the defense contractors, banks, healthcare oligopoly, Energy Oligopoly, chemicals, food and so on). The also own most of the Media.

It is important to understand that in many cases there is no "Star Chamber" or "Cabal" required. The Oligopoly-Bureaucracy Fusion Monster in large part is the natural outcropping of self interest and greed. In many cases it is like pushing a stone down a hill an then just watching how much damage it does.

Every time some tax law or regulation is made or changed the Oligopoly is sitting at the table. The fellow who is supposed to represent the interests of the little guy is either in the pocket of, or influenced by the Oligopoly. The Oligopoly does not win every table but, over time, table after table, the rules of the game get skewed in favor of the Oligopoly.

Insider trading becomes essentially legal when you make it to congress. You (or better yet your buddy) can be on a committee giving contract to ABC company an invest in that company prior to news hitting the street (this is a very simple example). This is a license to print money. "I want in on that game" !

Sure from time to time you have a lone voice calling out this practice. Everyone then says "LOOK LOOK ... we have freedom of speech ... what a good system we have". That lone voice is then quickly drowned out by the cacophony on the take.

Can you blame them ? I would not be the one to shoot the goose laying the golden eggs either. I would not be the one running against a herd of stampeding bulls. It is the natural outcropping of self interest and greed.

Hillary gives a 15 minute speech at a wall street luncheon (and does this many times to many groups). For this she gets paid 250K per speech. Why do you think she gets this much loot for such a speech - for her good looks and charm ? We have a "Pay to Play" system. Hillary played the game like a good little girl while in power and now she is getting her just rewards. She played, an now she gets paid.

Say the right thing as a professor and all of a sudden you find yourself sitting on some board of directors getting paid large sums for doing nothing.
Do the right thing as a general or pentagon insider and you find yourself with a cushy lobbyist position.

It is the natural outcropping of self interest and greed.

Yes, because Obama never issued an EO called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

New applications are not being accepted, the program is over except for the clock ticking for those already allowed in.

Now Congress is being required to do it's job, you know, like they're supposed to.

Like the President. Yeah, that's an insult that he's a Democrat. That's why I didn't vote for him. I don't vote for Democrats. You do.
