Birth control fails (even condoms) , it's not always safe and/or affordable....and Repubs keep trying to shut down clinics where BC IS safe and affordable AND accessible....and they back people who don't want health insurance to cover birth control. Now ,the important parts : NO one is obligated to use birth control. Women are free to have sex anytime and anywhere they want just like men.....and if an unwanted pregnancy occurs, they are free to have a legal medical procedure just like everyone else.
