I am frightened by over-reach. Was every single protestor at this event in common cause with those that did the beating? Cuz were it 1/6 I' sure there are those that would want to make that stick.
The good and the bad so far:
1) Do not interrupt your adversary when they're making an ass of themselves. The international tide was turning against the Hamastinians after a campaign to normalize terrorism when it is on their behalf was proving successful.
2) But... the controlled opposition (Republicans) over reached and passed a plainly unConstitutional law on our behalf. That over reach will cost us Jews in the public opinion environment.

Anyone who supports Hamas's terrorism or Netanyahu's mass slaughter should be chided severely.
