There's not a damn thing the left can do about it.

Crying won't give them any more seats to stop her originalist replacement.

Actually, I explained it perfectly. I explained it better than any conservative can why Gorsuch is in the slightest bit qualified. Try again.

If by "explained it perfectly" you mean "avoided the issue entirely and offered up a red herring in an attempt to hide it", then yes.
Nowhere did you in any way shape of form explain how the corruption and incompetence of the Democrats - incompetence and corruption you admit to - leads to a better future for America.
    Try again

    Elections have consequences.
The Democrats can some along for the ride, but have to sit in the back.

By all means, a president can nominate whomever they would like to the Supreme Court in the last year of their presidency. When that presidents party does not control congress however, they should not expect that nominee to get approved.

Congress is not obligated to approve Supreme Court justices, and the only mechanism to combat them not approving a Supreme Court Justice is the public's disapproval at the ballot box. As evidenced by the results of this past election, it is logical to conclude that the public as a whole did not have a problem with not approving Obama's nominee. You can whine, moan, and stomp your feet as long as you wish, but the reality of the situation prevails regardless. Too bad. So sad.
