I think it is too early to play a requiem. Leaving the position of the power number one does not mean the death of the country. This is normal phenomenon. It is impossible to be always number one. We live on a big round rock and today most civilised parts on the rock allow unfettered travel and people can choose where they wish to live . In that spirit , people are leaving Russia in huge numbers . Anybody who can afford to leave is gone in a flash . It is now so bad that the the economy is suffering from a huge outflow of capital which has remained at the present huge level ever since Russia made the basic error of invading Georgia .
