I'm going to laugh so hard if President Pence takes away all the liberal's social rights. You guys have no idea what kind of hole you are digging. However, just like I said before the election, please keep it up.
The fact that you asked this question satisfies my point. Best of luck. This is going to be the worst 8 years of your life.
so you're saying the President can unilaterally do away with civil rights? you have "President" confused with "Dictator".
You'd be surprised what a President can defund without having to worry about federal judges. And it doesn't surprise me that this would surprise you. - - - Updated - - - The President can use his pen to defund things that would CRUSH your dreams.
"When to impeach Trump"... This is a lot like your "How will you celebrate Hillary's victory" thread. Nothing but Gazi (global socialist) propaganda. The establishment is dying. The swamp of establishment worshiping drones that work inside the bureaucracy is being drained. We will install term limits and rid ourselves of the Gazi (global socialist) oligarchy. Fundamentally transforming America into a Gazi (global socialist) police state or Utopia has failed. The Obama has failed. Threads like this are just gasp of desperation.
if the time comes that Trump shuts down the govt. because Congress wont fund his wall or repeal/replace Obamacare, or defund Planned Parenthood and PBS, Trump should be removed.
possibly relevant to impeachment or not: A Dutch program says Trump MIGHT have been involved with money laundering http://www.nu.nl/buitenland/4662744...nsprakelijk-witwassen-en-belastingfraude.html This is the original source. After putting it in google translate, this is what comes out of it: 'Trump possibly responsible for money laundering and tax fraud' Photo: AFP Published: 02 May 2017 23:04 Last update: 02 May 2017 23:03 US President Donald Trump is liable for money laundering and tax fraud by a business partner in 2005. This is reported by the ZEMBLA research program on Tuesday. Trump became the owner of Trump SoHo apartment building in New York for 18 percent in 2005. The other owner - a company called Bayrock - is accused of financial fraud. Bayrock used, among other things, Dutch mailbox companies suspected of having money laundered. The construction would be designed to get millions of dollars from New York to Europe. For example, Bayrock would have lost 1.5 million dollars in 2007. One of Bayrock's owners would also have a criminal past. ZEMBLA investigates dubious business relations Trump ZEMBLA investigates dubious business relations Trump Theft The Dutch business structure would be owned by the director of Bayrock and the Kazakhstan family Khrapunov. Victor Khrapunov is suspected of theft of hundreds of millions of state property by the government of Kazakhstan. Bayrock is also suspected of tax fraud in the United States. Lawyer Fred Oberlander is conducting a lawsuit against Bayrock on behalf of New York State. Oberlander thinks that Trump can be seriously affected by the case. 'Consent to a crime' "Everyone who manages a company through criminal activities is guilty of a crime. Anyone who knows and helps with it is guilty of conspiracy to a crime," said Oberlander against ZEMBLA. The White House and the Trump Organization did not want to respond to ZEMBLA's message. Wednesday evening, the program devotes extensive attention to the business relations of the president in a broadcast. It's Google translate so I'm sure there are mistakes in it grammar wise. I'm not sure how much base it has, but I wanted to share it regardless and I actually also wondered whether similar reports have been made by US media already. Note: I'm not condemning Trump here, but I found it interesting enough to share.
He should have been put though quite the ordeal when he ordered the missile strike against a government we aren't at war with, but the one time a clear cut and dry case to really fry him landed the main stream media praised him placing there creditably at zero on the issue and also for every democrat that complained about the travel ban but cheered for the strike just because it's what Hillary would have done without congress. Trump won't be impeached as it's all for show anyways because he sold out likely quite some time ago.
No, there are still enough Republicans who believe in the Constitution. Trump will almost certainly cross a line for them, if he hasn't done so already. What Trumpers want to forget is how many people voted for Trump while holding their nose.
Sadly, I am still of the belief that Trump could kill his wife and burn the U.S. flag on live TV and they still couldn't muster up the 67 votes (necessary for impeachment conviction) in the GOP-dominated Senate. Trump's going nowhere.
I actually think strategically wise, it's best never to impeach him. His replacement will probably be both more conservative and more capable of running things through the Senate and House. While he sits there, he can get things done eventually, but will probably create a rift between republicans eventually.
Well guess what, we elect the congress. If congress were just yes men then why hasn't the congress passed his tax plan or his health care plan? Wait and see what congress looks like in 2018 and see what the country thinks about the path we should take.
The articles of impeachment are clear. Maxine has had a petition drawn up since Nov. 10, 2016. Ms Waters, much to her chagrin, has nothing to record in the space reserved for a list of offenses. Hold on to the dream ...
LOL. The only reason he's not been able to enact his agenda, verbatim, is because republicans are blocking him from doing so.
I would bet a steak dinner that the fat lady will start singing within the week. I believe the ties to Russia are soon to be known and along with that will begin the down fall of the donald. At least I sure as hell hope so.
Well considering Yates will be heard next week, I expect nothing happens before that. Also, do wonder what is worse in the long run. Having Trump to be president or Pence.
