According to the New Maas-Law a 'wrong' post by Facebook or Twitter can be punished by $5m fine and 5 years in prison in Germany, but only by 50$ in Russia and no prison. Also, where folks can live more free, in Russia or Germany? In Russia decides Constitution about Free Speech, In Germany American Undertaker Mark Zuckerberg. The German Ground Law ( Germany has not Constitution) is flushed down the toilet. And Germany amasses to teach Russia human rights. Any socialist Utopia end up in killing of millions and ruined countries ( or caliphates )!
Yes and in Russia an athee ended in a psychiatric hospital for claiming god doesn't exist. Furthermore, in not socialist Kansas, a honnest mother was sentenced to 30 years of prison for using cannabis oil.
I think Russia because it is more spread out. People have more personal space not to annoy each other.
The constitution of Germany is the "Grundgesetz", it was temporary till the unification. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basic_Law_for_the_Federal_Republic_of_Germany According to the reporters without borders Germany is ranked 16, the US 43 and Russia 148, North Korea is on rank 180. https://rsf.org/en/ranking Committee to Protect Journalists counts 2 imprisoned journalists in Russia, none int the US oder Germany. https://cpj.org/imprisoned/2016.php The danger to be killed in Russia as a journalist seems to be quite high, Wikipedia counts up to 200 in the last decades. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_journalists_killed_in_Russia We had unlimited free speech in our first republic, the Nazis liked it. Our post WW2 laws forbid hate propaganda and it is aimed at all extremists. Left, right and religious. Even though the thread opener sees Germany doomed to become a caliphate state and doesn't fight against radical islamists these laws have been used to close radical moques and to imprison hate preachers. The thread opener has no clue about Germany and spreads anti German propaganda, whyever.
EU are also attacking Google for their practise of putting its paid for advertising first in its search and Germany's Lufthansa are withdrawing from Boeing... It's all political, even when they lie and tell you it's not, it is. It's all to do with opposing America and Trump. Twitter and Facebook have 1 thing in common; they're both American.
The constitution of Germany is the "Grundgesetz", it was temporary till the unification. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basic_Law_for_the_Federal_Republic_of_Germany Ask so-called Reichsburger about your claim they will laugh loud a longe time According to the reporters without borders Germany is ranked 16, the US 43 and Russia 148, North Korea is on rank 180. https://rsf.org/en/ranking Only insane people can believe a 'ranking' made by enemies of Russians. Committee to Protect Journalists counts 2 imprisoned journalists in Russia, none int the US oder Germany. https://cpj.org/imprisoned/2016.php If a 'journalist' calls for violence and murder his place is prison. The danger to be killed in Russia as a journalist seems to be quite high, Wikipedia counts up to 200 in the last decades. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_journalists_killed_in_Russia Almost 99% of killings were in Yeltsin time. As you know Yeltsin together with CIA killed Russian Democracy in 1993 and continued to eradicate it until he resigned. Why he shot against Russian Parliament? Because he and his gang wanted to pillage Russia and to sell it for nothing to western 'businessman'. We had unlimited free speech in our first republic, the Nazis liked it. Even though the thread opener sees Germany doomed to become a caliphate state and doesn't fight against radical islamists these laws have been used to close radical moques and to imprison hate preachers. And what is about a long list of journalists lost their jobs due to the 'wrong' political opinion , e.g. Akif Pirinçci or Udo Ulfkotte who must flee to USA from Germany? The thread opener has no clue about Germany and spreads anti German propaganda, whyever. Do not forget the Forum Rules about personal attacks!
Reichbürger is your argument against the Grundgesetz? There are 6000 Reichsbürger in Germany and over 80.000.000 citizen who are happy with our constitution. Reichsbürger deny the legality of post war Germany and believe that the German Reich still exists and they claim the German borders from the year 1937. I don't know if this organisation is an enemy of Russia but it is a friend to journalists. If Facebook spreads calls for violence and murder they have to pay or go to prison. Apparently you agree with Heiko Maas. There are still killings in Russia and no, I don't know about CIA-Yeltsin connections. Do you have a reliable source for this? If your source is the same who informed you about the Reichsbürger and the "long list" of journalists I'm not interested. Akif Pirinçci lives in Bonn and his controverse book which attacked woman rights, homosexual rights and migrants rights sold quite goog and was 2014 for month in the german bestseller list. In a public speech he recommended a pro migrant politician to leave the country because he doesn't serve the German People and then he said that he could be handled in another way but "Unfortunately, the concentration camps are out of order at the moment!". All his books ca be bought in Germany. https://www.amazon.de/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=Akif+Pirinçci&rh=i:aps,k:Akif+Pirinçci Udo Ulfkotte died this year, his book "Gekaufte Journalisten" was 2015 ranked number 6 in the bestseller list. You can buy all his books in Germany and 2015 he spoke in Dresden to the Pegida demonstrants. https://www.amazon.de/s/ref=nb_sb_noss/259-5889829-7114240?__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=Udo+Ulfkotte That wasn't a personal attack you just write about things you don't have the informations to do so.
I think Russia. They have a wise leader who puts Russia and it's people first. Germany and the E.U. have Merkel.
