Unlike his haters, I cannot read his mind.

But I dont believe in mind reading so it isnt something that is acceptable when they or msm does it.

I dont care for trump and I think he will have conned his voters on promises, the important promises after his terms are up.

Yet since my mind has not been compromised by hatred and pathological partisanship my sanity is not compromised as you see in his opposition .

When one cannot appreciate a liberal democrat a law prof who teaches constitutional law who voted for Hillary, that does not compromise because he is a dem...it stinks like BS.

I am well acquainted with the guy and he doesn't compromise as dems generally do . And dems hate the integrity.

He states specifically why he calls it as he does . But you are more expert than he is...which is absurd.

When a liberal dem refuses to follow the herd and he is credentialed it is hard to dismiss that in a reasonable manner...and you failed .

No. I just respect integrity coming from people who will not compromise especially when most in the party they are a member of will compromise and even turn into compulsive liars due to politics

Integrity is so rare today and I admire it especially coming from people that get ostracized by their party for doing it. And who would make it easy for themselves by joining the flawed character of others in that party.

The over-arching issue is that the leftists announced impeachment attempts minutes after he was elected.

It's also an over-arching issue that you can sit there with a straight face and tell me "using foreign govt for the purposes of hurting his political rival", when the answer to the Trump/Russia investigation foreign sources was "RREEE THOZE R ALLY COUNTRIZ".

    1. Nowhere in the TRANSCRIPT is a request to investigate Joe Biden.

    2. If criminality does lead back to Joe Biden, he doesn't get a pass for running for POTUS.

That's because I read the actual dictionary instead of the leftist revisionary one:

    tran·script
    /ˈtran(t)skript/

    Learn to pronounce

    noun
    noun: transcript; plural noun: transcripts
a written or printed version of material originally presented in another medium.

You need to get a new dictionary then

    transcript | AMERICAN DICTIONARY

    transcript
    noun [ C ]

    US

    /ˈtræn·skrɪpt/

complete written copy of spoken or written words:
I had them send me a transcript of the program.

    transcript | BUSINESS ENGLISH

    transcript
    noun [ C ]

    UK

    /ˈtrænskrɪpt/ US

copy of the exact words that someone said:
a transcript of sth There is a transcript of the meetings.

    Also, to your points
    1. The Memorandum of a Phone Call isn't complete. Also, you don't have to say the words Quid Pro Quo for the law to have an effect

    2. Sure.

Who says it's not complete? As I just showed you, the explanation in the transcript explains why a conversation MIGHT not be verbatim.

The transcript is taken by multiple people while the conversation is taking place. That's a transcript.

    1. There is no "quid pro quo law".
    2. So Biden should get a pass? I don't remember you suggesting foreign countries shouldn't be involved in investigating the Trump/Russia "investigation" that was being investigated by the people who created it.

The POTUS asked for two things in that conversation:

    1. Look into Crowdstrike
    2. Look into Hunter Biden's involvement in Burisma

You have no quid pro quo:

    1. The Javelin missiles were not part of any aid package
    2. The POTUS couldn't prevent the payment without a valid reason approved by Congress. It's called an "impoundment". Look it up.

No a transcript is a statement of fact that clearly denotes everything said, and indicated as such when it can't (by using the word inaudible).

But please, continue with the armchair legal advice It's fun to watch. You should send a note to Congress so this whole thing can be cleared up.

Ok, I'll just sit back and watch all the leftists run into the windmill again.

Seems none of you learned anything from the last one, so....by all means....play with this new squeaky toy as much as you'd like.

I don't remember this level of concern when the Obama administration was using foreign sources to manufacture "evidence" to investigate Trump, so that tells me all I need to know.

Right. Multiple indictments, guilty pleas, etc..etc.. but no, nothing comes of it.

None of which had anything to do with Russians, Russia, a conspiracy against the US, election rigging, collusion with a foreign country, or anything else.

You got a couple guys charged with process crimes to try and force them to sing, and a couple guys on tax evasion.

Great job getting to the bottom of the 2016 Russian interference.
