If I had the chance to acquire the American citizenship and permanently settle in the USA, I wouldn't do so just because of this issue. It wouldn't be good for me or my children. I wouldn't like to live in a country where I'd be a minority - whites should become minority in 2042.

I can relate to both of you on this. In my city there is a neighborhood that has been taken over with Mexicans first then illegals followed. As a code compliance officer I have seen this happen in just a few years.The crime is so bad there that the police,fire or city services won't let any one person enter that area. The only way the fire department can access that area is only with the police entering the area first. The investors who own it live in another country,so any legal matters are almost non-existent.So the city have to go after the management company.The management company are nothing more than pawns. The city try ed to pass a ordnance to stop landlords from renting to illegals.It didn't pass because of pro-immigration groups lobbying that it was unconstitutional. So with a grandfather law/ordnance where places of business that have to much crime,the city can follow through with condemning the property's.

 

Americans in general are not destroying America . The destroying started when the politicians decided to ignore the laws. Then pro-immigration organizations started to manipulate the constitution and laws. These uneducated immigrants became pawns for the Democrats ( after being raciest to blacks for years). When blacks became someone in the USA,the Democrats realized the blacks became educated and no longer could be fooled. So the Dem's. had to find a cheap un-educated person to replace them. I have read they tryed the Vietnamese first,but soon found out those rascals were to smart. So they went with the Latinos. As I have said be for. If Mexican was a race you would be a racist, but they are not so you are just plain incorrect. Two generations ago my grandfather came here from Mexico, and just like everyone else two generations removed from their immigrant ancestors, I have a Master's Degree. There is nothing in Mexican Culture, that is against education, in fact that is a huge draw for Mexicans who come here, they know that their children, will be educated.

Your absolutely correct about the immigration act of 1965. It created a chain immigration system. If one immigrant comes to the US gets citizenship then that person can sponsor there family. Problem with it and the Latinos are that a Latinos family can be massive. This is because Latinos reproduce with no thought of of the out come. In the 1964 act it was limited to 20,000 a year.

Yes, I think we need to take a long hard look at the countries these immigrants are coming from, and ask ourselves why these countries are such wretched places. I do not think most Americans could imagine what it is like for many of the people to live in such third world countries as Mexico. If someone gets sick, for example, the family often cannot afford medical treatment and the person could die.

There is also the issue of crime. Although crime has a strong correllation with poverty, there are other additional factors. In many third world countries the culture seems to promote crime and corruption. These people are bringing their culture into the western countries when they immigrate, and these degenerate cultures are not going to simply dissappear. Look at the blacks; they have been "integrated" in America for the last 50 years, yet the crime rate amongst their peoples is several times higher than that for asians, even asians that just immigrated. Whether it is mostly culture, or perhaps genetics, is difficult to say. But the fact is that we need to think about what these people are going to do to our countries before we let them in. Take a look in the minority neighborhoods in Los Angeles for example. The crime is horrible. Residents cannot leave anything of any value outside without it dissappearing, whether it is a ladder or even a small length of electrical wire. On the east side of the city, the parking lots need to be surrounded with a barbed wire fence and have a security guard- that is how bad the crime is. There are about 400 murders every year in the city. Asside from some of the extremely wealthy communities with high fences and armed guards, the whites in the city have all fled the crime, violence, and deteriorating school districts long ago. Hispanics have a much higher fertility rate/ younger age at which they have children, so the whole city is overcrowded, and the traffic is horrible. All the schools and museums have several times as many people in them as they should, and the lines everywhere are frustratingly long. There are often 2-4 hour long lines just to get into the emergency rooms in the city. People have actually died waiting to recieve treatment. Most of the people are low income, so the city does not have the money to build any more hospitals. Indeed, several of the hospitals have already filed for bankruptcy, and this started before the recession.

Idealistic liberals who want "open borders" need to look at what is already happening from the immigrants (and their grown-up anchor babies) who have come to the USA!

Race shouldn't be a significant factor. I realize it's the be all and end all for liberals but in fact, researchers found that any family living in the southern U.S. for the last 150 years is almost certainly "mixed race". The liberals insist on calling an obviously mixed-race President a black man.

What matters is a culture. The liberals also promote diversity and tribalism--it helps control people--and hate the idea of a unifying culture.

But, I've chosen to live in Mexico. For me, the scary thing is that shortly people who pay income tax in the U.S. will be a minority.

 

White people are afraid that if they become a minority, the "new majority" will treat them as badly as they have historically treated minorities.

 

When or if whites become a minority,I'm sure the whites will do as the minority's are doing today. When that white minority walks into a business,looks for a job or even apply for services like food stamps and such. They will use the race card just like the minority's before them.
