Who Else Has Had A Bad Day?

Well gee, HB, that's a good question. We passed, of course. We knew we would. We worked our butts off, cleaning the place til it shone, and what thanks did we get for it?

NONE. No congratulations, no thank you, no reward, nothing. Sometimes I wonder WTF I keep working in a place that offers nothing in the way of congratulations when you've done a good job.

I miss my old boss.

 

Mak , you're learning the ropes , good job ,, the place looks great , a big thanks to my team here , and again , a job well done , and the company appreciates your dedication ... take a bow , team 1 , you've earned it .

My friend , whether your boss made that well worn speech , I don't know ... sounds like y'all really worked very hard , painting and cleaning glass and all that , the floors waxed & buffed ,, the stainless steel kitchen absolutely gleaming ,,, so take a bow....

I have always felt that a job well done is it's own reward ,,, if no one else notices , it's ok , I've done my best , and I've always taken a great deal of personal satisfaction from that .....

Your customers appreciate the hard work and clean bathrooms & dining area , they may not say so , but they do , and the customer is what it's all about , any where in the World one may go , cleanliness & good food is always good for business , and I'm sure your happy , smiling face is a part of that .
