I won't explain it to you. Figure it out on your own. I fear it would be my time wasted.

Perhaps those who make stuff up so they can believe something are in a fantasy world.

in fact heterosexuals and homosexuals breed homosexuals, but a homosexual breeding is far more likely to produce another homosexual. Now do you understand?

dear, if you look through history you see kids can be confused to be Nazis or absolutely anything else you can imagine but this does make what they are "meaningless". Do you understand?

Yes it does. If they have to be brainwashed into a gender role verses assuming it naturally (as we know biological gender archetypes are in reality) than it absolutely is meaningless. If we abolish them they wouldn't exist anymore.

Stop with all the existential angst. Good lord you people are like chicken little.

dear, people can be taught to have sex with chickens and to be Nazis so they have to be taught gender roles and political roles. Do you understand? 1+1=2

not only are they gone but they defined 1/2 of a homosexual couple( the bottom half) as inferior or pathetic. This is hardly a ringing endorsement of homosexuality as liberals would like to imagine.

The number of prisoners did not begin skyrocketing until the early 1980s.

According to Gallup, the percentage of Americans who reported attending religious services in the last 7 days did spike in the late 1950s, but never got above 49%. The number hovered in the high-30s to mid-40s before that and has returned to those levels since then.

    I'll give you that one.

In no small part due to the fact that the rest of the world was either impoverished, had been trashed by World War II, or both.

    Source?

That's not what he said. He claimed that just about everyone who has ever lived has abhorred homosexuality.

Everyone interprets what is written and contorts the meanings to what they want it to be.
    You are no different.
We have 1 who says the earth is flat, per the bible.
1 who says there was world wide cannibalism of all children, babies, and fetuses at noah's flood.
People will make up anything to get the words to understand their thoughts.

Yes, and that's my point. Just because it occurs naturally doesn't mean its harmless or even more idiotic beneficial. Cyanide is completely natural.

    - - - Updated - - -

And some them aren't. My point is basically because it occurs naturally doesn't make it ok. Flesh out your arguments a bit more.

Scientists classify us as animals. Don't believe me? Watch NatGeo for a while. I'm not claiming that we are just animals. We are created by God in his own image so we are higher than them. I'm just using the secular side of the coin.

I said it, if it doesn't interfere with another rights, then no one else has any right to take them away. Period.

I don't know any bible passages that say there was cannibalism.
Anyway the Noah story is obviously metaphor and not to be taken literally because it would have been totally impossible to get two kinds of every creature aboard because there wouldn't have been enough room. (We can have fun speculating that perhaps they were just small DNA samples.)
Likewise I can't recall any verses that say the earth is flat or round, but these two could perhaps suggest that the earth is round-
"God sits on the circle of the earth" (Isaiah 40:22)
"God hangs the earth on nothing" (Job 26:7)

No there is not. But children, babies, and fetuses are not responsible and can't be punished for sins. So the person has to make up how God could kill innocents.
Another I'm in a debate with now thinks a comet struck the earth at noah's flood and pushed all the water out of the ground to help flood the earth.

That is my point, people, everyone, makes stuff up about the bible stories to fit their personal narrative.
    Just as you do.
You pick and choose literal vs metaphor.

1- Jesus said "the flesh is of no value whatsoever, it is the spirit within that counts" So it therefore follows that the death of the fleshly body is unimportant, the soul stays intact..:)

2- Whenever I speculate about something, I make it clear it's only my personal opinion, I never try to pass it off as fact.

3- Isaac Asimov speculated years ago that a comet/asteroid splashed into the Indian ocean and the tsunami pushed the Ark up the Tigris/Euphrates valley to Turkey.
    See, speculation is FUN..:)

We don't know what Jesus said, he never wrote anything down. And things written about what he may have said were decades after the fact. No one will remember what was exactly, and in a lot of cases remotely what was said. And no one has ever proven there is a soul.

When speaking about a religion, it is all an opinion. The only facts are what is written and not speculating on what is written means. And if one makes a claim it is inspired words, that is also an opinion.

Did it freeze the wooley mammoths standing upright, as the other poster is claiming. And that would hardly cause a world wide flood that kills the entire planet but those on the ark.

LOL. Is that a pic of Elvis? Does Elvis determine who goes to heaven and hell? Does Buddah? Buddah is a message to live by. But most or none are forced to live or believe what Buddah said. True, no one is technically forced to listen to what people wrote about Jesus, but many will tell you if you don't you'll live in a place like a lake of fire for eternity.
And then, you have many who follow Jesus that want to tell other just how they must live and try to force that belief through laws.

That looks like a pic of Elvis, so someone captured it. Others recorded what he said and did.

Looks like people have handwritings of Elvis.

    As for Buddah
    https://thebuddhistcentre.com/text/who-was-buddha
There can be many Buddah's. It is a title not a name of a person.

Why are you hear discussing homosexuality and bringing Jesus into it?
