Do I really need to cite the very major differences that immediately developed when, for example, college campuses have opted to suspend their affirmative action programs? Do I need to cite the massive drop-off in the rate of acceptance for minorities? Do I need to even mention that most U.S. minorities have far higher unemployment rates than white Americans even with affirmative action laws in place?

It is odd that the left seems to place an inordinate number of butch women in positions of authority. I did some work on the construction of a new Federal building a couple of years ago, and you wouldn't believe the number of mean faced clipped hair women stomping about with clipboards. Of course, even worse was the scads of money being wasted on frivolous, unnecessary opulent bull(*)(*)(*)(*).

you can try to blame minority unemployment on racism, but the simple fact remains that disqualification from criminal records, positive drug tests and the lack of a HS diploma leaves them unemployable. who's fault is it they got caught robbing a liquor store with a crack pipe hanging out of their mouth when they should have been in class?

Frankly, my appearance gets enough complements for me to know I'm generally deemed attractive, with or without it. (Sorry to boast, but you directly provoked it.) Besides, I'm not the one judging others based solely on their looks here. Since you see it fit to do so though, let's see your pictures, hot stuff. I see that it remains the case even now that no one has taken me up on my challenge from page one. You are influencing people's judgement of you and your appearance by wearing make up. You are contradicting your own beliefs. As for a picture of myself, I am not the type of person that likes breaching my own privacy by putting up pictures of myself online.

 

Incorrect. My stance, as has been repeatedly stated on this thread, is that people's worth should not be judged solely based on looks. Women are human beings, not sex toys. Whether you like it or not, we have thoughts, feelings, oftentimes careers, and an ability to say no. It would be nice to be thought of accordingly.

When it comes to judging who is qualified to hold a particular job, physical appearance should only be considered a job qualification if it is relevant to the profession. e.g. If one is a sex worker...okay, maybe. But if one is working in the field of government, no, appearance is not relevant at all to one's job performance.
