"Confound it, why don't they just do as we tell them to?"

And they wonder why people laugh at liberals.

Why do you still support Trump? Because I don't want my great grand children to grow up in an America that resembles North Korea.

So you would much rather them grow up in a Country that resembles Russia?

    Odd.

That would also happen if the Dems had control of all three branches.

IF the Dems put Tulsi as the VP I would have to look hard at their ticket. I would do so only because I doubt if Joe gets more than six months in before he is out of there.

Don't kid yourself BOTH parties have sold their souls to the devil and none of them deserve reelection.

That's funny... you admit that you are projecting...

Trump has demonstrated that if the choice were between having him as President and having no President at all, it would be preferable to not have one. Nobody else, on any party, has demonstrated that.

But the fact is that the "I'm rubber, you're glue" argument does not work once you're out of middle school.

There is no doubt in my mind he won’t last 6 months if he gets elected unless they never show him on camera. He just looks and sounds ancient. An old frail man about 8 yrs expired. A vote for him is really for the VP and everyone knows it. And even then it’s more about voting against Trump more than anything. The Dem candidate is just a sock puppet.

There's something fishy about running a candidate like Biden who's a sure loser, do the Dem's think running Warren or Sanders in the VP slot will help? It seems like true blue Bernie supporters wouldn't exactly be thrilled with voting for Biden when it's clear the Dem's snubbed Sanders. Warren dropped out because her numbers just weren't there and putting ol granny up to the podium spouting socialism isn't a winner either. What's their game

Can I ask...how has globalism or liberalism affected you personally? I have found that most Trumpians that I have come across
have only three things that concern them....they're anti-gay...they're anti-abortion....and they are anti-gun control.

It stopped raining long enough for the lawn mower to get back from the shop. Otherwise it would be as tall as the tales told by the Trump-haters...and weeds just as noxious.

Yes agree...Trumpism is tribalism. You don't think Mitch McConnell is part of Trump's tribe?

"Discretionary spending is growing at a faster clip under Trump than Obama. The budget deficit and the national debt are growing at even more distressing rates, however, because the Republican tax cuts have reduced revenue even more starkly than the dire forecasts. The Trump administration estimates the deficit this fiscal year will top $1 trillion, up from $779 billion last year. It was $587 billion in 2016, Obama’s last full year in office. The national debt was $19 trillion when Trump took power and surpassed $22 trillion this month. Even with rock-bottom interest rates, the federal government will pay out more than $350 billion this year to service that debt."

And they wonder why Repubs are known for their hypocrisy.

You can set it to music every election season. There is nothing whatsoever that Democrats can not accomplish if they spend our money better than we can. Then they get into power and show they can't, with the added bonus of higher costs, waste and abuse.

Correct, for the most part. They'd never publicly admit it, but I think many congressional Republicans feel that way. As for Mitch, since he's the one from whom Trump gets the names of his judicial nominees, I'd call that a safe bet.
