    Yup. The Pentagon Papers.

While right wingers hated that newspaper for its anti war stance, once they revealed the TRUTH, the warmongering chicken hawks all went silent.

You'd be completely lying if you said these people didn't think Saddam has WMDs in the 90's. I can't believe the revisionist history you're trying to write. It's pathetic.

Anyone who denies the truth about Hans Blix and his findings which were ignored by traitor Bush is, like him, responsible for the needless deaths of Americans in Iraq.

Thank you for presenting that clip from 1998 - a full FIVE years before Blix clearly established that there were no WMD.

You have won my case for me and proven that Bush is a murderer.

    Thank you again.

Ok, thanks for that nonsense. Bill Clinton clearly states there are WMDs. Just like his wife did. And then his wife voted for the war. The Clinton's love them a blood bath

Correction: Bush loves a blood bath so long as chicken hawks like him don't have to fight it.

Thanks again for proving my case.

"We urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs."
Letter to President Clinton, signed by Sens. Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, and others Oct. 9, 1998. [IMG]
I think this is my favorite. The dems joining together to start a war.

Yup. Well before Hans Blix conducted his investigation and proved the lies were all wrong. ;)

    Thanks again.

You haven't refuted anything. I even played you a video of your hero telling you Saddam has WMDs.

    HAHAHAHAHA!!!

You keep missing the truth shown in Hans Blix's report which refuted all that. How convenient and how willfully blind!

Thanks again for proving that I am correct. The more you point this out, the more others of the far right get enlightened as to the TRUTH.

Why do the libs always pretend they just won something.

I have not seen Hands Blix say anything about Bill Clinton's press conference about WMDs.

    http://www.cnn.com/ALLPOLITICS/1998/02/17/transcripts/clinton.iraq/

Here's CNN transcripts of Clinton's other speech about WMDs. In fact, here's Bill ADMITTING that for the first time, they had PROOF Iraq was building WMDs after 1995. There's no possible way you can defend this so I'll just let you read it in peace.

    Tradition and practicality.
In the old days they did it to control head lice.
Now it serves to bring all recruits to the same standard of appearance, building moral and so forth.
I hated having it done, but endured it.
Airborne and Marines demand the mowhawk look, high and tight.
Some SF units allow their operators to grow the their hair, wear beards and so forth. Their standards are so crazy high for everything else, they are allowed to blend in to other cultures with their lax grooming.

Not just SF. JSOC missions and some others also can grow theirs to blend in with the population. But those folks aren't recruits.

At Fort Ord, nobody mentioned head lice when i got my haircut. But as much a problem as they can be, one at least sees a reason for short hair. Frankly a lot of things done by the Army to the troops bothered me a lot. Short hair was not one of them.

Each move made during training is carefully experimented with and planned out. Each with a purpose.

The civilian enters the military of many minds. But the military needs one mind.

A mind that has to be first changed then molded.

Control starts with enlistment. And ends when recovering into civilian life.

By the way, I wonder why recruited women don't have their hair shorn since they now qualify for combat duty.

Bush only continued what Clinton was doing. But improved on Clinton.

Actually the Bush war was no more being a traitor than are sanctions.
