I've looked them up from verifiable sources online before. They are accurate. And no I"m not going to dig them up yet again. You can do your own research.

The vast majority of Iraqi civilians who were killed died because of Bush's irrational and dishonest attack on Iraq, using 9/11 as an excuse.
So yes, they died because of Americans creating the situation in Iraq that led to civil war and eventually to ISIS.
If Bush jr. had not attacked Iraq, the ME would be very different today.
That's why Bush jr. and Cheney are running around now trying to distract from their criminality and utter foreign policy failures.

The Bush administration had the same evidence that Congress had.

It was less than three years since 9/11 Al Quada attack on American soil and the liberals were still scared of Al Qaeda and using WMD's as a reason for regime change brought the left on board, it was one thing everyone agreed on why there needs to be a regime change in Iraq. You would have thought just Iraq violating the cease fire agreement would have been enough to resume the war. I myself thought just the assassination attempt of G.H. Bush (41) was a good enough reason for regime change back in 1993. < http://fas.org/irp/agency/doj/oig/fbilab1/05bush2.htm >

There are some if not many who believe the assassination attempt on G.H. Bush was the real reason why G.W. Bush and Dick Cheney decided for regime change in Iraq. If true, it's still a legitimate reason.

    Re: ISIS
It was Obama's policies that created ISIS not Bush. Obama created ISIS.

First Obama supported the Arab Spring and the Arab Spring is the main reason why the Middle East is a complete basket case today.

Then Obama decided to throw a long time American ally under the bus in Egypt (Mubarak) and supported the Muslim Brotherhood.

Next Obama decided to throw another American ally on the war against Al Qaeda under the bus in Libya (Gaddafi). Obama started arming Al Qaeda groups in Libya to overthrow Gaddafi. Then Obama decided to break the law (War Powers Act) and got personal and used the U.S. military to support Al Qaeda in Libya.
After Gaddafi was sodomised and murdered, Al Qaeda in Libya decided to take those arms that Obama gave them and move them to Syria to arm the Al Qaeda rebels.

Scuttlebutt is the Benghazi consulate was really a CIA operation to move former Gaddafi's weapons from Libya via Turkey to Al Qaeda in Syria.

One has to wonder, who's side is Obama on ? He's always bad mouthing America and always defending Islam.

I take issue with that post. I was in the Navy not the Army but I would put my IQ and those that I worked with up against yours any day of the week.

While it is highly unlikely to me that Congress had the same raw intel data the administration, Congress certainly did not have the intel of the UN inspectors making hundreds of spot inspections all over Iraq and finding no evidence of the supposed WMD when they voted to give Bush authority in Oct 2002.

Bush had that intel. Any wise and prudent leader would have re-evaluated the evidence of the WMD in light of this new intel, Congress did not have when it voted for authorization.

But the Bush administration had already decided to take us to that disasterous war.
