    Trump supporters have excellent answers to every argument.

    You show info from CNN. Trump Supporters answer: CNN, LOL, fake news.

    You show info from Wikipedia. Trump Supporters answer: Wikipedia, LOL, everyone can change it.

    You show info from Fox News. Trump Supporters answer: I don’t trust it, there are socialists working in Fox News, like Chris Wallace

    You show info published by CIA/FBI. Trump Supporters answer: LOL, everyone knows that CIA/FBI are deep state.

    You show the info published by a government agency. Trump Supporters answer: I don’t trust it, there are many Obama supporters who work in the government.


    But I am optimistic, you have a slightly bigger chance to convince a Trump supporter than to build a perpetum mobile.

    Perhaps if those very sources you presented were not caught in obvious lies against Trump that get debunked a day or two AFTER the entire political Left makes a full political propaganda meal out of the lie and then refuses to admit that . . . yes . . . those were lies aimed at damaging Trump.

    Perhaps then some Trump supporters would be less inclined to do their own damn research each time something happens . . . do their own damn research and then usually turn out to be correct whereas the original reporting outlet usually turns out to have been . . . lying or distorting.

    So how about we turn the question on its ear? What would it take to get the political Left to BEGIN looking at their usual Trump-hating sources through doubting eyes when they are reporting something terrible about Trump?

    You missed the point. The answer to any argument about Trump is to attack the source, laugh and then leave. Like you're doing here. Well, you haven't left yet.

    They often don't even believe me when I quote him directly and provide video of him saying it. For the most part, this faction isn't persuaded by evidence. Only feelz.

    I would say the truth and reality are big stumbling blocks here. Trump supporters do not ignore them. If you can get everyone to blindly follow the left's propaganda you may achieve something like North Korea.

    The irony is that while the end goal for most of the Left is something like a Star Trek universe Utopia, the same dismal situation as North Korea or the old Soviet Union is going to be where they actually end up taking this nation on their ideologically-based ride.

    I generally use DEMOCRAT history, none "Leftist" have been able to rewrite it yet! Oh but they try mind you, but that just serves as the comedic portion of their floundering attempts ;)

    Do you see that headline? That article is not in the opinion section. It's not from one of their opinion talk shows. Its from a "journalist" posting the article in the politics news section of their website. Just the title alone is nothing more than opinion. And the article is full of editorialization. "Defiant", "divisive" etc etc. It also states falsehoods like "Joe Biden would defund 911 operations and have a "therapist" answer calls about crime, Trump falsely claimed that the left is focused on taking away firearms, funds and authority from police." Biden has indeed called for defunding the police, only he uses other words like "redirect to social programs". He has also stated that if police don't take up "reform programs" (approved by the government) and/or don't release all internal data related to police misconduct to the FBI then they will be denied federal funds, IE: police will not be getting the same amount of money as before IE: defund. And Biden's own campaign site says he wants to ban "assault weapons", putting the same restrictions that are on machine guns on existing "assault weapons", something that costs thousands of dollars to obtain for machine guns. He also wants to hold companies that manufacture guns responsible for criminal acts committed by others. What do you think that is going to do with those manufacturers? The end goal is to take away guns from people. Doing it in an indirect way, but the end result is the same.

    CNN IS fake news. Has some facts mixed in, with a whole lot of editorializing, parsing of words, and outright falsehoods.

    Demagogues like trump cultivate cult followings, and believers can't face that they have wasted their life on a fraud and a lie, so they cling mindlessly to their rationales for continuing to worship their golden calf.
