Will Biden try to weasel out of debates?

This thread didn't age well for the OP.

The only one weaseling out so far is our bitch of a POTUS, super spreader Trump.

 

Well I wouldn't consider you "normal people" so your laughter won't have the intended effect.

As far as my predictions, I could ask you to prove that statement, but I'll just cut to the chase: This entire thread was started with the premise that the Democratic establishment didn't want Biden to debate Trump. There are multiple posts highlighting various Democratic leaders making exactly that case.

So how am I wrong?

So the latest news is that the Presidential debate commission, apparently unilaterally and without consulting either campaigns (maybe...), changed the debate format to a virtual one. Obviously that format is totally unacceptable to the Trump campaign, which I suppose, was the point. So Biden has moved on, and will be on friendly ground doing a TV townhall surrounded by the usual fawning journalists and "undecided" Democratic activists. It couldn't have worked out better for Biden, and demonstrates the premise of this thread was correct, and you weren't.

That's not what the your title said. You made the claim in your title that Biden wants to weasel out. Because you pooched it so hilariously, yoiu're trying to rewrite history.

By pushing the claim Biden wouldn't debate, and that Trump would cream the senile Biden if he did. Instead, a very sharp Biden showed, decisely whomped Trump, and then Trump ran crying from the next debate.

Reality was the exact opposite of what you predicted. You were completely wrong on all counts. Given how obvious that is, you don't look good by pretending the opposite.

Which is no way disadvantages Trump, meaning that Trump cried and ran solely because he's not only the most gutless American president ever, but possibly the most gutless American in history period.

And I predicted this. I said Trump would squeal and run, and that the Trump cultists would all then breathlessly declare how brave DearLeader was for running, as you did. I was absolutely correct on every point, therefore I get to whack the Trump cult with a rolled-up newspaper, and then rub their noses in their dogpoop failed predictions.

What's more, all of the Trump cultists still refuse to admit how totally wrong they were, even though everyone sees it clearly. They think not admitting to failure is a mark of bravery, but it's more like the actions of a sociopath.

It's all about the Democrats trying to get out of the debates. Honestly, Biden isn't making decisions like that.

By they way, I don't mind being corrected if I make an error, or get a prediction wrong. I post yearly predictions on this forum for exactly that reason, but first, I have to actually be wrong...

 

It appears the debate commission covered for Biden, unilaterally setting a requirement they know Trump would not agree to, and thus allowed Biden to get out of the debate w/o taking any action of his own.

So yeah, maybe they did know.

Only in the minds of trumpsters can they interpret trump withdrawing as meaning that Biden “weasels out”.
