    She is free to say what she wants. And her employer needs to weigh the pros and cons on how that speech reflects upon their organization. Since the topic is a law enforcement officer brutally shot and killed on the job, with the rhetoric blasted constantly “defund the police”, she showed her true colors. This was ignorant, crass, and crude. And her employer did the right thing.

    I am all for people using their speech to show who they are. If you show your arse, then I am free to ignore/avoid you and certainly not patronize you in any way.

    The left is evil and must be opposed.
    The right is good and must be supported.

    Why zhould pply the same standards to both? cancel the left, support the right.

    I'm not sure it's canceled culture how is she brigated on social media? Seems like the company she worked for fired her because she said something stupid on tiktok. Probably not because a bunch of Twitter followers demanded she be fired.

    Cancel culture is anytime someone gets fired then I'm not sure that it's wrong.

    I have to say, I find folks getting fired for something that doesn't effect their work to be pretty simple minded and probably not very good policy as HR goes. I'm sure that her behavior as noted on the tis tok rant is probably normal for her, so, the company likely had plenty of other reasons she wasn't a good fit for them. Using her rant as an excuse however, seems to be giving her more of a platform that she deserves. She doesn't seem very good at acting given the evidence....
