This from the party that wants to try to portray that it's "serious" about the coronavirus, and that Trump's not. Even though Trump through Fauci and Birx followed through on the 7-page document given by the PRIOR administration.

The response to the Virus was the Democratic Gameplan. You ever wonder why you haven't heard about that 7 page document since? It's because the game plan was initiated, this was the result and the last thing the Democrats want you to know is that they've got no Fing clue either!

The reason the Ebola pandemic was largely contained, was because of Africa's cooperation(both willingly and maybe unwillingly) with the US/INTL Community. China took over a MONTH to let WHO inspectors into the city.

Then you had the Europeans with their open border policy and that "OMG, go hug a Chinese, show how BRAVE and non racist" you are BS. Even though Trump had banned some travel by China/Europeans(and if we presume the November date.), it was already too late.

If anyone wants to blame anyone(and they don't want to blame China.) A unique fall of the blame goes to Europe with their open society structure(much like NY's) and just like Pelosi in Chinatown, the FIng political correctness ran amuk at the epicenter of the crisis.

 

You do know that under Obama we had CDC in China. Trump decided to do his buddy Xi a solid and removed them.

You also realize that South Korea and Japan had identified their first cases in mid January through screening and testing. Yet the US didn't get any testing until well into February and even then it was at a pathetic rate until March.

BTW, was telling everyone that the virus would dissappear soon and downplaying it into March part of the Obama plan or was that a Trump rewrite?

The Hill released it as a 7 page PDF. And uh, to claim he didn't use it: We're living under shut down orders, stay at home, flattening the curve, etc. The same things that were on the document. You know it, I know it. We both READ IT. This was their game plan. Trump's speaking words, not withstanding(and not meaning much of anything.)

What Trump said or didn't say, has no effect on the coronavirus. You admit to such when you complain about testing, but that was and is a logistics issue. Creating tests to number out to 330 Million people is impossible.

In fact, there isn't a single nation that's tested even CLOSE to 25% of their native population. So what are we gonna do? There's like BILLIONS of asymptomatic persons.(Which is why the travel industry is going to be the very last one of all, to "come back.")

I'm actually worried about the idling ships and oil going into the oceans and refineries at this time.

According to this article, it never "underwent the proper interagency review and vetting process" to be a part of the strategy. They also thought it was outdated. But also note the words "heavily relied". That implies "some"(IE: Travel ban, Stay at home, etc.)
