We know Fauci lied because of his emails. Thanks.

I don’t trust you or Biden to tell me what “misinformation” is, lol. And the government has no right to censor speech they don’t like.

Like I said, if Trump was doing it, and liberals were being banned, you’d be right to complain about it.

I understand how the left would be upset over building the greatest economy in our lifetime before Covid hit. That reduces dependence of giveaway democrats.

Brilliant, the Mother of Defection post. YOU are the one that brought up what is or isn't the "arbiters of truth" question so it's completely disingenuous you deflect from it now. I'm shocked.....SHOCKED that you would do such a thing.
No, the rest of my post is actually the whole point but to answer the questions or give an argument would force you to show that 1) how wrong you are or 2) show you don't know what you're talking about.

The government can make all the claims it wants about “misinformation”. It just can’t censor people with conflicting views.

    No, we don't.

Uh huh. That's because you prefer your brand of misinformation. You're tired to so called "elites" telling you you're wrong. I used to think eating bananas made you more susceptible to mosquito bites. Why? I have no idea. I "learned" it in childhood and it stuck with me. One day at work, when I was 24, I mentioned it to a co worker. They told me I was wrong. So we googled it. Turns out, I was wrong. Do you know what I did? I accepted reality and now no longer think that. See how that works?

And yet, you didn't answer my question. If Trump was doing it, would YOU complain about it?

So you agree, if they flag a post as misinformation, and the post stays up, then it's OK?

They ban users with critical views against the politically derived dogma.

A critical view is only critical if it's based in reality. If you and I have a discussion about the sky, we must first agree it's blue. Otherwise, nothing we say beyond that matters. Drawing faulty conclusions from fantasy isn't critical. It's just making stuff up to try and win the internet. It has no basis or point in reality. Allowing it to be said doesn't mean it has to be allowed without consequence. That's true of all free speech. And those who were banned were those who violated the terms of service they agreed to when they eagerly signed up for those social media sites in an attempt to convince people of things that have no basis in reality. So the consequence is totally valid in those cases.

Don't trip while you're backpedaling. Misinformation is just that.....misstating facts. Conflicting views are opinions. Trump and his claims (and yours) about hydroxychloroquine are a good example. Saying that drug was/is the best treatment for covid is misinformation. It's his opinion, not a fact.
Fun fact: They didn't use it on Trump when he had covid

Translation: I you don’t agree with someone’s opinion you believe they do not have any right to express them.
