Well, I guess if you don't want to have your lies pointed out, you shouldn't lie to a court of law.

Judge Lester has been MORE than fair to Zimmerman who should have had his bond revoked entirely. This is just another panic attack and desperate maneuver by a defense that has nothing left.

After that FBI report, they are sitting pretty. Now, they can go after a judge that gave them a lot of ammo with his mouth.

Zimmerman will be asking for a change of venue after this motion of disqualification is denied ...

Zimmerman’s attorneys filed a motion to disqualify the judge in the case.

    http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...neys-file-motion-to-disqualify-judge-in-case/

George Zimmerman’s attorneys want to disqualify the judge who is presiding over his second-degree murder trial.

The motion filed Friday says Zimmerman “has a reasonable fear that he cannot get a fair trial or a fair stand your ground hearing by this court.”

The motion specifically mentions the new bail Judge Kenneth Lester set for George Zimmerman earlier this month.
The motion says Lester made disparaging remarks about Zimmerman’s character, says he should be “prosecuted for additional crimes,” and is holding the threat of future contempt proceedings over Zimmerman’s head.

The judge revoked Zimmerman’s first $150,000 bond, and had him rearrested after he allegedly misled the court as to how much money he had available in a fund for his defense.

The motion also says the court is not weighing any evidence of Zimmerman’s innocence in the case when determining bond, other than to say “the only issue is the viability of the defendant’s self-defense/Stand Your Ground claim” but they also accuse the judge of not discussing that issue either.

    The motion also says:

“The court departed from its role as an impartial, objective minister of justice when it stated on two occasions in its order that in the court’s personal opinion there is probable cause to believe that the defendant committed a violation of Florida Statute 903.035(3), a third degree felony punishable by five years in prison.

This is tantamount to instructing the state that Mr. Zimmerman should be prosecuted for this offense.”

Okay so what judge number are we on now? This is the second judge Zimmerman wants removed from the case? I suppose a killer doing a little judge shopping is understandable. I just wonder which judge is going to want this steaming pile of **** dropped in their lap. Man these guys are making all kinds of friends.

Better take notes, Jeb. These are all the standard ingredients of a mistrial. George Zimmerman will walk. Black people will riot. National Guardsmen will shoot black rioters. This is all according to Obama's Class Warfare Final Solution to the White Question. More news at 11...

smart move by the Zimmerman team. Angela Corey signed her profession death certificate when she took on this case. She had zero chance of a conviction when she took it, her chances are in the negatives and growing worse by the day

I guess facing a lynch mob does make people nervous. We are not watching a legal proceeding.

I can see the defense's point because this is s high profile case. Everything being said about it is in the news quick. Judge Lester does make comments he could probably get away with in everyday court but he shouldn't make comments like he does. I like where the motion to disqualify mentions people discussing this case on the internet so you lynch mob folks keep up the good work. You will help get a mistrial yet! LOL!

Judge Lester might have done it on purpose, only legal beagle's that will come out of this case alive is O'Maras team. This case is poison for the rest of them. I repeat what I said month's ago but who did Angela Corey (*)(*)(*)(*) off to get assigned to this case. Best she can hope for is afterwards is a book deal which and even that will flop.

Armed citizens in Texas will also shoot black rioters and the Class Warfare Solution to the Black Question may not be what BH Obama had in mind. Only criminal Blacks will riot so teh law abiding Blacks won't be too angry.

I can't imagine what it must be like to be a Black that is trying to be a good American in these times.

Wow, that was informative. Funny, who the lynch mob crawled in bed with on a blind date.

I certainly believe he has grounds to feel the way he does. I believe the same public and political pressure that ballooned this case into the spotlight is also creating an environment where it may be nearly impossible for Zimmerman to receive an unbiased Judge and trial.

Yet there is NI evidence of "bias" y this judge.

Zimmerman is on tape telling his wife how to collect the cash Z had just told the court that he "did not have"!

Its not "bias" for a judge to call someone caught in a lie that the liar is a LIAR!

Along with Z withholding his spare Passport fron the court, there is NO basis at all for ANY "unfair judge" claims.

I'd take the Crip dad over Obama any day. Crip was his daddy since Day One; Obama was only Trayvon's daddy after he died.

Nope, no biasness at all. He basically said he was sure Zimmerman was planning to leave the country with very little evidence to back it up. A passport Zimmerman had long forgot about and not disclosing the existence of donated funds is far from conclusive evidence he was trying to leave the country. First of all, where was he going to go? Where can you live on the small amount of funds he had raised. Secondly, how is he going to do it unoticed with all the media attention? It takes more than just having a passport and money to move an entire family out of the country. Had he purchased plane tickets? Was there any evidence he was preparing his family to move? If he were talking about the money on the phone with his wife, why was he not also talking about his plans to leave the country? The conclusion the judge came shows his obvious biasness. There are several reasons why someone would not want to disclose funds. Think about it, Zimmerman is not working right now and he has a family to take care of. His legal team is not free, his food is not free, he still needs to pay for a place to live... How do you come to the conclusion he is going to leave the country with almost no evidence to back it up?

Zimmerman was also supposedly speaking in "code" to his wife about the funds that she had full control of while he was in jail. So apparently, Judge Lester along with the prosecution, is a mind-reader. How else could Judge Lester have possibly predicted that George was going to leave the country due to what George was thinking of doing? Think about that, folks. Then ask yourselves again why George feels that he needs a new judge in this case.

no one wants this hot potato of a trial. Libs are going to scream bloody murder when Zimmerman is acquitted and demand the judge and prosecutors heads. LOL. You could not pay me enough to be on that jury, if chosen for jury selection I would ask the judge if I could execute Zimmerman myself just make sure I was not chosen.

Lie detectors are not admissable, for good reason, sociopaths always pass them. They are only useful in helping law enforcement with more info on a possible suspect.

There was a criminal program on last night, about a man named donald "pee wee" Gaskin, hope I spelled it right. While watching, I noticed the similarity of his facial expressions, or lack of, to zimmerman, and I quickly concluded the guy is a sociopath. Later in the show, it stated that professional psychiatrists determined Gaskin is a sociopath.

I noticed throughout the entire show, every pic and vid clip of gaskin , he did not show any emotion whatsoever, not one time, save a grimmacing attempt at a smile. Now, I have been paying attention to anything of z, and I have not seen one time, not once, save a few chuckles, any expression on his face other than a blank stare.

He is guilty, and it will be proven by his own words.

Some people are void of any type of rational thinking ability. Here we have someone willing to throw all the evidence out the window based on something he saw in a completely unrelated case that bears no resemblence to this one. Oh, and because he does not like what Zimmermans face looks like. What ridiculousness is this?

That's odd, because I saw a completely different George Zimmerman during the video reenactment, where he showed sincerity in what he remembered at the time and how he conveyed it to the camera, as well as obviously being happy that he was still alive. The rest of what you described, I have also seen on TV, and it looks to me like the "sociopath" was simply bored out of his mind at the mundane process of being in court. You have been to court yourself before, right?

As long as I'm asking questions here, those lie detector tests that you claim that anybody can pass (we are all sociopaths in varying degrees, by the way), you have taken lie detector tests yourself in the past as well, right? So you should know all about them, I presume.
