Thanks for informing me (and others) that lie detector tests are not admissible in a court of law.....none of us knew that.....you are indeed a wealth of information on PF....LOL. You see, there's this group of 12 people called jurors who will determine the guilt or innocence of GZ. I know you are not going to believe this, but they are not currently sequestered and actually have access to the same news and information that you do. So, most, if not all, of the jurors will have knowledge of this fact. Here's where you "inform" me that the judge will instruct them to only base their decision on the evidence presented during the trial......and here's where I'll inform you that the 12 jurors are all human beings. As far as your psychological analysis of GZ.....please present us with your educational background and certificates/achievements in the field of psychology and I will be happy to entertain your thoughts....

 

Yep. A bunch of blacks on the jury would seal Zimmerman's fate irrespective of the evidence, just like they did with OJ.

if zimm manages to walk, I wouldnt be a bit concerned about anybody rioting, I would be more concerned about any of my teenage kids walking home with skittles and iced tea with an armed sociopath cop, hero complex , at large.

as for mind reading, it is the duty of the judge to determine to the best of his opinion the risk factor of the defendents possibility of fleeing. \i mean sheeesh, whats a judge suppose to do?

 

The "evidence" that will prove him guilty is laying in wait. You will see when it comes out in the trial, unless they have a bunch of boob heads like those who prosecuted in the OJ trial.

by the way, just recently did some research on a case and it was almost identical in some ways. The jury found a guy guilty of murder even though almost all of any physical evidence, and eyewitnesses leaned towards showing him not guilty, because of the guys own testimony including pre trial statements and actions, and the jury found the inconsistencies in his statements and testimony to numerous to not convict.
