well last night the jury got to leave for the night on Serinos last statement that he thought Zimmerman was telling the truth in his interviews. What a perfect way to end the day for the defense.BTW on whether the state is trying to throw the case or is simply incompetent, my coffee klatch is going 3 to one with incompetent

Even if you attribute the inconsistencies in his stories as the COPS interview him over and over and over again, to lying, does that make him a murderer? Of course not. The eyewitness and TM's own girl friend indicate Martin was the agressor and caused this physical incident.

But in reality, most people tell a slightly different story a month later than they do immediately after, and the immediately after version is generally accepted as the most accurate. The COPS have stated that his story immediately after the incident was consistent with the evidence. So what does the prosecution think they have now?

Look how Zimmy makes up stories as he goes along ... sometimes he can provide great detail and other times he has amnesia .... especially in the walkthrough ... and notice in the 6 different versions so far ... Zimmy absolutely has no concern as if he doesn't know he's lying ....

    And he has zero remorse.

those statements can be applied to a lot of the zimmerman lynch mob here also

    - - - Updated - - -

one of the things that investigator pointed out yesterday is that if a suspect told the exact same story days and even weeks apart it indicated it was a made up an memorized script and made him suspicious. Adding a word here or changing a word there is human nature

More over, every time you witness an event, your mind remembers it with its own bias', its how it makes sense to you. The fact that his accounts match the evidence means its probably consistent with the truth.

Even though the accounts at different times dont always use the exact same language, the are pretty consistent with each other.

When I heard the media admit this morning that all of the accounts are remarkably similar, I knew the case was definitely over.
Congrats Zimmerman, you avoided being railroaded!

The best part of yesterday was watching the entire court audience try and muffle their laughter when GZ stated he wasn't following Martin he was just walking in the same direction.

Yeah well, irrelevant as far as this trial goes. But glad you could find some humor in this tragic persecution.

Yes, but George Zimmerman is a murderer. That's not in doubt.

I kind of feel sorry for the guy. He's a career cop and stuck with a horribly politicized case and a corrupt special prosecutor appointed by a cowardly Republican governor.

He didn't have to tell the FBI that he was pressured and he didn't have to say that he thought GZ was telling the truth. He just set GZ free- BTW. He waited for the right

question in the right setting, and he set George Zimmerman free.

I think he should be given immunity and used to testify against Corey and BDLR at some future date, but we have a corrupt DOJ headed by a corrupt AG serving a corrupt president.

I want to know about this Neighborhood Watch thing (note, that I used caps).

In the press reports I am reading, I am hearing it said that Zimmerman claims that he set up a "neighborhood watch"/

Since real Neighborhood Watch programs are sanctioned by local police, who handle training, and schedule and work with volunteers, I am curious if that's what Zimmerman was involved in.

Or did he simply claim that he acted on his own, which could easily turn into vigilantism.

LOL skunks in the jury box, ie "Zimmerman was telling the truth" if she tells jury to disregard she is in effect telling them to not think about it which is reenforcing the statement. "Try not to think of a brown cow"

What could Serino have done ... Zimmy walks out a free-man after bieng told who Martin was and doesn't even bother with it any further ... Kevin Cunningham starts an online petition because the whole thing shocks the conscience ... the Police Chief is fired ... Gov Dred Scott is forced to take over ... and now we wtiness Zimmy conjure up 6 different versions of the story ...

Serino said the only thing he could ... *Zimmy is either telling the truth or a pathological liar* ... because *How do we know Martin wasnt' defending himself from you* ?

Ok here we go ... reading of Judge instructions regarding witnesses .... O'Mara objecting because it effects Zimmys right to a fair trial ... precedences cited ... this is going to truth and veracity of Zimmys' statements ... i.e. given freely and voluntarily after bieng mirandized ...

yeah that is what I am hearing, possibility of mistrial? Like I said skunk is already been in the jury box, stink is there and no one will forget the detective's statement. State is just reenforcing the statement by objecting and telling judge to tell jury to disregard
