How do you follow someone when you don't know where they are and you walk to a location to which they did not go?

 

That's why the prosecutor asked if there was any proof of Trayvon being in the midst of committing a crime. They're trying to say he wasn't acting suspiciously.

 

It is highly in doubt and so far the prosecution has presented no evidence that he is a murderer.

 

You mean you are still ignorant of the evidence in the original evidence dump which completely substantiates that the police were involved and and told the residents that Zimmerman was their pointman?

GEEZ and you come here to debate the issue without even educating yourself on the evidence? Go search for the first discovery release and read the last approx 14 pages of the emails and notices that went out to the residents.

So, the Sanford PD was so impressed with George Zimmerman that they wanted to give him a uniform and a patrol car, but the "wanna-be cop" refused the offer.

Why do you have the belief that people going through traumatic situations including life threatening or at the least threats of serious bodily harm while being beaten will retain a perfect memory of the event including specific locations of events down to the fraction of an inch.

 

And isn't it interesting that the FBI investigated and found no evidence of racism being an element, so it wasn't RACIAL profiling. Police profile all the time. In fact, every investigation involves profiling. They just can't RACIALLY profile.

I agree with you to a degree, guy. I don't believe every detail of a traumatic event can be remembered, but I don't necessarily believe that (as head neighborhood watchman) that you'd forget things like the main street name of the complex, or whether or not the deceased jumped out of a now phantom bush.

 

When character assasination is the only arrow left in your quiver, your chances are not very good to get a conviction.

the Judge allowed the State to have yesterdays d@mning admission
by Serino struck.The part where he used the word Truth.
The judge agreed.Talk about bias.Now why on earth would the judge
strike a very important admission that dramatically ended yesterday.
On what grounds did the Judge base her decision.
Seems like Pure bias on her part to do everything in her power to
helo out the State.To me that's evidence tampering.

I'll admit that the State is making up ground today by basically making Zimmerman
out to be the Thug and the profiler.Based entirely on a few audio admissions.
The State is gonna play the hell out of that stuff.The Judge needs to step in as
she's done numerous times and say ... Ok we've heard that now 22 times.

 

Well when "beyond a reasonable doubt" is your goal, such juvenile tactics will not get you there.

The name of the street doesn't change as it circles the entire complex, not even N,S,E,W according to one of the witnesses. It's a matter of the number sequence. And I have lived in my house 30 years driving up and down the street and walking to dog and I cannot tell you the name of the street at the next corner going up to the water tower where I walk by dog nor the rest of the streets branching off. Zimmerman didn't see where Martin came from, doesn't know if he was there at the T junction when he first walked by and had been hiding or appeared only afterwards, he had lost him and had no idea where he was.

 

Well they have to get past the eyewitness account of Martin mounted on Zimmerman pinning him down right before the shot to genuinely make up any ground, and I don't see any of this getting them there. you can be a nasty person with a nasty attitude, but if someone attacks you , you still have the right to defend yourself, correct?
