    Proves GZ exhibited good judgement in selecting a safe, effective arm to carry for concealment, just like the good judgement he exhibited in not presenting his arm until he felt his life threatened. And not carrying a firearm when you pick a fight could mean death if your too dumb to not know that people may be armed.....perfect example for support of CCW.

    The Retreat nor HOA were aware Zimmy was armed let alone with a hair-trigger weapon ... this is relevant because this cop just testified to the weapon Zimmy used as a weapon system ... and why ...

    Seems to me he felt the measures were appropriate by the SPD, and was doing his part as a concerned citizen. I mean... he was no community organizer.... but still.

    Osterman didn't say he said that definitively. He said "grabbed the gun", "grabbed for the gun something like that." Prosecution isn't being truthful here.

    Funny how the TMers will hold onto every single word verbatim of what defense witnesses say, but when Rachel said TM was back at daddy's fiancee house, she didn't mean that, she meant near, WHICH BTW, she did say BEFORE she said AT. What a joke.

    Correction... it doesn't match the state's scenario.... completely supports GZ's account--- the account of the only person present who knows what happened... LOL
