People have been arrested at airports for trying to board a plane with a CCW weapon on them because they simply forgot about it. It does happen.

Also, the low level of probability a 17 year old right handed kid leads with a left cross to begin a fight while standing to the left of a guy. Zimmerman more likely caught an inadvertent right elbow to the nose initially upon taking "the suspect" into custody by attempting to tackle him.
Also, the claim of Martin beating his head into the concrete is a question mark as he stated only about a an inch of his head was touching the surface with the rest of his head resting on the ground. There is no indication Martin meant to hit his head into the concrete based on that statement alone.

 

WTF is wrong with that judge? Your attorneys are allowed to answer for you...

 

GZ wants to testify while his lawyers clearly don't want him to. The judge would like him to.

I don't get it. Why is the judge wanting GZ to declare his intention on testifying before the defense has finished presenting their case?

 

Why won't she let his attorneys answer for him on that? Something isn't right there.

 

The Judge is such a wench. Badgering Zimmerman to answer NOW, before the Defense is ready to rest, whether he wants to testify. It is only proper at the end.

 

TM accidentally slammed GZ's head into the concrete a minimum of four times.

 

She is in the tank for the State no doubt.

 

And is in full (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) mode against the defense. They have made her look bad and she doesn't like it.

 

And that didn't have to happen. All she had to do this entire trial was be fair and she wouldn't have been made to look bad. She brought it on herself.

 

I don't read it that way at all. It is improper for the Judge to ask at this point, and it would be unwise for Zimmerman to state at this time. Even if he feels that he does not want to testify, now is not the time to say such.

 

Until you brought it up I really didn't notice it back there.

 

Is it in evidence that he forgot he had it, or, momentarily forgot it during the struggle, or, is it just as likely that he wasn't going to pull it until he thought he had to, which became necessary when his opponent uncovered it and made a threatening statement?
