Actually, the lynch mob's position has been pretty much annihilated by the defense. The pro-GZ side has been arguing facts and the lynch mob has been repeating the media's lies and emotion.

When a community invests in a Citizen Watch which has organized and set up volunteer members and home owners to double check the presence of strangers wondering around their GATED community, it seems appropriate to the "visitors" of people living there to cooperate with, support, even compliment those volunteers who are protecting the people rightfully living there and their visitors who may be walking around.


A High School graduate ought have had the civility to acknowledge the dutiful attention that the Volunteer was giving to the seriousness of his assignment, and simply introduced himself, and shaken the hand of Zimmerman, identifying where he was going and how he was there in the gated community with permission from his father's girl friend.

That seems to be the good citizenship that a court needs to support.

I am just curious to know, have you ever been in a fight in your life? The reason I ask is because either you are naive or just intentionally playing the part.

I thought Zimmerman said after he was suckerpunched he pushed Trayvon away and stumbled to the ground.

Also why is it Zimmerman has never complained of any neck problems or didn't have any neck injuries. Surely if someone is forcing your head to the ground you are trying to stop them which would cause you to have a sore neck or neck injuries.

Also Goldwater brought up a good point. If Zimmerman was looking for an address to give to the police why was he at the back of the houses? Isn't your address on the front of your house.

I am not the smartest guy in the neighborhood, but could you tell me how Trayvon or anyone else for that matter would have known Zimmerman was a part of the NW since he didn't announce himself as such or did he have on a vest that said, "Hi I am Neighborhood Watch".

 

I assume you mean the LAB REPORT, not the ME report, since ME's does not do DNA testing.

I understand what is "all there" is what you want to believe which is usually very far from the actual facts.

Here are the FACTS:

4 swabs were taken from the weapon.

2 scrapings were taken from the fingernails of TM, one from the right hand and one from the left.

1 FTA (blood standard) was taken from TM

1 Buccal swab taken from GZ

5 swabs from TM's shirt, 1 was a match to GZ.

3 swabs from TM's hoodie.

Nowhere in the lab report does it state that swabs were taken from TM's hands.

Well the problem is that is the sole reason he found him "suspicious" in the first place. Check his history of 911 calls and tell me how many young teenage "suspicious" whites he reported in the neighborhood. You can act as if it is not the key factor, but unfortunately we all know it is.
