George Zimmerman to appear on Hannity show tonight

An eyewitness and Zimmerman's injuries constitute evidence.

 

I wasn't talking about human psychology, which is alive and well wth the GZ supporters on this thread. The point was more on the legal side. This interview does not help hin much at all. It isn't going to sway Gov Scott and it isn't going to sway an administrative judge either. And leggally, all he gave was his stateemnt in visual form and that is all. And saying he is sorry and praying to the Martin family may make him more human, but it isn't going to sway the jury when they have to look at the evidence.

No eyewitness said TM suckered punch him. One or two witnesses saw TM on top. But you have another witness who saw GZ on top. The injuries do not show whow started it.

 

We're counting on them looking at the evidence and acting accordingly.

decided to run down little Trayvon and tackle him to ground and also put him
on top to give the impression he likes it that way.He then felt it might help if
he let Trayvon,who he put on top of him like a Howdy Doody would do,should make
like in Pro wrestling just for theatrics,and have Trayvon pound his head repeatedly against the sidewalk,again
for theatrics,since he knew he was gonna cap him.But before Zimmerman decided he
was gonna be declared the winner he let Trayvon take a few cheap shots at his face,
to make it look like a real struggle.

i'm not the one emotional about this. I merely want to see justice done after all this character assassination. But you seem rather emotional. why is that? What does this case mean for you?

Those " injuries " were sustained by one and only one person.Namely the
victim OR Zimmerman,Zimmerman was the victim of repeated assualts by one Little
Trayvon Martin.That is Fact.All the Tea in China will not change that abject fact.
You can't will facts into the court of public opinion even thought MSNBC did just that
not just with Trayvon but also Obama.It's what they do.

When there is a question of criminal legality, it is best done by a jury.
