Judge Nelson also known by Farley Nelson { Chris Farley wanabee }
or her Karaoke alias was shown to be the bully we all knew.
Bullying George Zimmerman's Defense as to allowing Georgy Porgy
make his own response when Farley nelson thought it apropos to bully
George on the spot.
Totally Inappropriate for a Judge to put such pressure on a Defendant,especially
in such a high profile case.

 

Nancy Grace screaming out repeatedly "George Zimmerman refusing to take the stand".......this from a former prosecutor who knows that this is GZ's Constitutional right........unreal....

 

Well Nelson could try that tactic i guess.....

If her IQ was 60 or below she was done a disservice and should NEVER have been on the stand. FAIL

It is the judges right to advise the defendant of his right to testify or not!!! If she didn't it would be grounds for a retrial if he was found guilty!!! I BELIEVE SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING!!!

 

My gosh this "judge" is so biased against GZ and his lawyers that a verdict of guilt on any lesser included crime will result in a virtual death sentence.........but to paraphrase what a judge once said to me......."that's why we have appellate courts"

Excuse me? Zimmerman made is QUITE CLEAR that he was well aware of this (duh..!),and she KEPT ON HARPING ABOUT IT, DEMANDING THAT HE "OWED HER" a DEFINITE ANSWER..which is BULLCRAP.

 

She does not have the right to badger him trying to get him to change his mind. Of course she knows what she is doing. She is intimidating him.

 

She knows the jig is up. GZ is going to walk out of her court room a free man. No more 10pm curfew.

 

All Taafe had to do was remind Grace of the name Nifong.Grace has yet
to admit that Mike NiFong was also totally out of bounds as a DA.
Grace is trying to go back to Prosecution days { salad days } as if she's
such a stalwart for Truth.Most Prosecutors look for cases to enhance their
career.We all know,how Much Nancy Grace is concerned in a Career.
She proves it every time she puts on so much makeup to make an
Impression for her many adoring Fans.Mostly " Mommies " types.
Nancy Grace is an overbearing female ballbuster with a prosecution complex.

 

I've watched the Rachel Jeantel testimony a couple of times now, and her ignorance is astounding. I'm not attacking her race or anything, but the comments she made and the looks she gave West just show what kind of person she really is. She totally lied about understanding English, because clearly on Twitter she's able to communicate.

In Florida manslaughter is always included as a lesser charge in murder 2. Aggravated assault is optional (along with several other optional charges that we didn't hear about). The defense does not have to agree on optional charges, but they can make a case why a charge shouldn't be included and the judge will decide.

For example, vehicular homicide is an optional lesser charge of murder 2, and if the state in this case tried to include that the defense would certainly object and the judge would most likely throw that out since no vehicle was involved.

 

The take away lesson is that progressives gravitate towards totalitarianism as their power increases. The further we get away from the constitution, the stronger their inclination to seize extra power for themselves.

 

This judge has let the State's witnesses be badgered, lead, argued with and tricked. I don't know how the judge would have let West treat Dee Dee like that. Why has the judge tolerated the defense's witnesses sitting in the gallery? This judge is far too lenient on team Zimmerman.

 

OK........I just spit my wine out! She is pathetic and getting worse by the week.......

Turns out I was more than just right.Up on Drudge today is the article
explaining how DOJ used tax payer monies to support and help the
Rallies for - Justice for Trayvon -.
Again I was eminently correct.DOJ inserted itself into this to make
it all about race.I say Obama and his White House will also be found to
have had input.Not unlike his many scandals.

 

Miami has a history of rioting as well, especially Overtown and Liberty City....

 

Perhaps the DOJ can help promote and organize riots.

 

Can't wait to see what the rule of law and justice looks like in this country in another 30 years when Whites are a minority.
