That would only have worked if they had the ability to remove our President by Military Force.

Now....any leader who is not freely elected is going to do anything they can to stay in power.

Meh, if it were me, I'd fund the two sides and have em kill each other off. Negotiate with Russia over the future of Syria. There's no need for the American Empire to get involved in this.

What EXACTLY did I say that was incorrect?

Black ops or decisions made by our president (who I have many issues with) to send em’ in to kill enemies of the state, launch drone attacks, declare war and such are not the domain of the church. Again, as I have said many times; I can not as a citizen or a Christian do much to force the hand of my government no more than you can yours. Anyway as per above, I was simply pointing out the errors in a usual suspects reply educating the man to what was obviously rIslamic propaganda and it was near comical in its excution.

I doubt it but if that is the case I have no way to influence the US military save from my Christianity which is much more powerful even in secular terms than most people give it credit. As a group that represents over 75% of the American voters its a voting block feared by politicians especially when we become one organized voice for an issue. So I am doing my part, what are you doing?

I see no difference in the evils represented in the war now in progress. They should be allowed to slaughter each other at their own pace. However, again I have no dog in that race, save for my nagging Christian attitude and responsibilities. In any case you should know my feelings on these issues anyway. One more time ; Personally I would isolate the USA from the rest of the backstabbing world, cutting off aid every tie save for assisting few long term allies. Then like Noah turning his back on the sub-humans that humanity had become* and let them experience what the world would be like without a USA to buffer the ravenous wolves (as the bible says), which without a USA moderating the criminals behavior** those wolves*** will eat mentioned (above) backstabbers for lunch.

* (some interpretations say the DNA was corrupted so greatly they were not human at all)

** (The atrocities that are going on in Africa are beyond the power of the USA to correct are a preview of what the world would become without the USA intervening when needed IMO.

That's a reasonable narrative - at least on the surface. But the flaw in it's premise, is the notion that the objective of the US is to somehow NOT usurp the gains so far achieved by the rebels on the ground. Clearly, Obama's strategic thinking is to exploit the said gains for his own (and Israel's) nefarious ends.

 

Morally, you may have a point, although sometimes wars have to be fought (compromise can only go so far). Legally, you don't have a leg to stand on.

 

If you are in such denial that you can ignore the testimony of over a dozen ordinary citizens who were there when the attack at Woolwhich occurred, there is no hope for you.
