It's only been after Trump has won that the true depth of people's beliefs in who he is and what he will do have come to light.

His supporters are still high on the "we just did some uprising thing yeah America!" They truly do believe they've elected some new breed of man who's going to swoop in and wave his hands(probably while mocking somebody) and make all the bad things they don't like go away.

Of course those same folks sent almost all the Congressional incumbents back for another term, so I'm not sure how much change they are actually in favor of.

Sadly though, the fantasies won't be able to last without increasing amounts of reality denial. Trump supporters will be turning into those same blind devoted Obama supporters they just spent eight years making fun of and raging about. It's happening right before our eyes.

Trump is going to be the President in four years you can vote someone else into the office that is how the system works.
